    I filed a claim with Go Safe Auto Insurance on February 5, 2022 for a broken windshield. I have…read morebeen up to date with all premium payments and not in delinquent status. After the date of February 5, and until today, I have contacted Go Safe Auto Insurance no less than twelve separate times (02/09, 02/10, 02/11, 02/17, 03/07, 04/21, 04/22, 05/04, 05/11, 05/18, and 05/20) via their chat function, Twitter, phone, and email. Their chat is difficult, sometimes impossible to get a hold of. They ask to verify via phone or email, yet when you choose either, nothing happens. They MAY get back to you a day or many later. I've been told they are changing their adjuster process and training new adjusters. Their phone system states it will call you back. It never does. Their Twitter responds days later. None of these options provide assistance, and you get the same form answers. Finally, emailing claims@gosafeinsurance.com gets a response, but over a month later, and I've still gotten nowhere. I was assigned a claims specialist, and after requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was told I would first receive an email setting up the call, then a call. I received a call without an email, and I was working at the time. I reached out via email to set up a call and heard nothing for eight days. Finally, I was able to set up and receive a call. I was told I would be followed up with same day or the next day. It's been a week and a half. I have reached out multiple times since to Adriana Sadra (the supervisor) with no response. I have now asked to be escalated again, still with no response. As of today, May 24, 2022, I have now paid $579.88 in premiums with no service given. This is more than my deductible owed. My car still is not fixed, and I am forced to drive with a broken windshield that impairs my vision.
