This office gave us the absolute run around for two months--first we were told to not open a claim on our policy, then told the opposite, and that "we could have found the replacement and compensation for a way better price" after we asked to be considered for a refund. The damage amounted to well over $6,000. They proceeded to pay less than half of that, insisting that a like for like replacement that we needed was not necessary, so, I guess people who actually do these things for a living just do not know what they're talking about. We paid over $3,000 out of pocket, and no one responded from the responsible party's end. State Farm is one thing--but do NOT go to this branch.

When I first started there it was honestly great. the staff were friendly and informative. Things have changed; it's become more brusque over the last few years, and frankly I think I deserve better. Example: Last year I received an unpleasant mail from them saying that if I didn't cut my trees and kill the moss on my roof (i didn't even know i had moss, lol) they were going to discontinue my insurance. After 25 years of being a paying customer with one truly miniscule claim over 20 years ago, this is the letter I get??? I understand that State Farm takes actions that puts my agents in a position to deal with the fallout. But when I sent my upset reply about this - and received no response at all -I knew it was time to leave. Unfortunately, out of laziness, I sucked it up and stayed. Then this year I sent 2 mails asking -specifically- whether or not another person was covered if i gave them permission to drive my truck. and what did I get? Yes, indeed: I got crickets. I've had enough. I transferred my account to Dimitri Kondos' office and am looking forward to seeing how that goes now.

Rate hikes, billing after premium payment (oh, it's just more--which I can understand, things just cost more) but no communication to the fact is just the start. I'm not trying to get anything for free, it's just about transparency. And when I called to clarify/pay, they knew nothing and had to bring it up. Talk about service... Quit and got a better policy for my needs for less money, but my family still uses State Farm. And wow, they've crossed their wires (meaning your data and sensitive information), and keep sending me comms about another customer (daily emails ane texts), including how to accept payment for money not mine: would you like that? This seems so bad, and sorry about that, but it's just frustrating to all of us that we've corrected this information for over a month now. And they still can't get it right, and payments could be delayed or other. If you choose State Farm, I would choose another rep, if you can. And Arizona isn't going to help you either. Sadly, the stress and all is just super high. And apologies for the frank feedback, this has been so hard for us. And now, I'm hoping for a good resolution. But, as of today, it just keeps coming. I hope Amber and her team can get with claims and get this done with a good reason and apology to the policy holders.

Wix acted as my advisor, gathering information about my health care providers, medications, and general needs. They promptly and patiently answered my many questions, and ultimately made sure I was successfully enrolled well before the deadline. My understanding is that agencies like Wix are paid by whichever insurance company the client chooses, and the possible insurers all appear in search results at the federal Medicare web site, so Wix is free to concentrate on helping each customer find what truly works best for them.
