I've used their self serve before, but it was out…read moreof order so I went to their desk and asked them to make 1 set of copies of only about 30 pages. I was told it would be hours and if there was any identifying information on it they couldn't copy it. There was a name on it and most likely a phone #. So, I left and went to FedEx. They were very helpful. No attitude at all. I felt like Office Max was only interested in business accounts. That's only my impression, but why else treat a customer like that.

We own 65 franchises. Decided to try out the Staples Business Promo option for company shirts. We…read moreordered 3 shirts to test out the quality. Order and design was confirmed on Dec 20th. We were hoping to get these new designs by the New year. Came back from holiday break with multiple manual emails telling me our order was going to be cancelled if I did not manually want the shirts that I already designed, submitted, approved and paid form. I was extremely confused why the shirts was not started over 10 days. I told them if they were not going to be confirmed and made in the next day, to just cancel the order as our time is important to be going back and forth on emails. Beneeta Vincent Kuttikadan, SPP Web Specialist.... decided to just cancel our order and completely waste the entire holiday break and new year shirts. We were planning on ordering hundreds more for our 65 other locations. We have ordered cards locally for the last 6 months for our franchises from the Staples website....But with the blatant disrespect of our time..... we are going back to our original vendor for our business needs. Tens of thousands of dollars per year down the drain because of one employee with a bad attitude. Theres too many vendors in the world to work with folks like this. All email communication was sent to Staples Support today around 10am.

The salesman (Gary) was very nice and professional and told me about various options and sales. I ended up buying a gently used sitting chair in good condition that they professionally clean that was 50% off. So it was much less expensive than other chairs I had been looking at and better quality. Gary and another associate wrapped it in plastic and loaded it into the back of my SUV. They have a 14 day return policy if you decide you don't like an item.
