Tim was fantastic. Very professional. He was prompt with callbacks. He made sure to set clear expectations with timeline to complete the task. Once the appointment was made to view the job, he called the day before with and expected time of arrival. He also called when he was on the way to our house. He was very polite, courteous and very professional. He gave us alternatives to what we were requesting, for better satisfaction. Tim kept us updated on the progress of the job. It was completed on time as promised. I was beyond pleased with his work. It looked better than it did when it was new. Tim was a delight to work with. I would recommend Roane Refinishing to anyone who wants a job done right! read more
