The members of the driving school were very friendly, and according to our son, they made the classes both serious, using real life examples of the consequences of irresponsible driving versus responsible driving, but also used lots of humor making the class room time even more enjoyable. The prices our typical in comparison to other schools, and our family felt like this was a good investment with good results. Getting ready to sign our 15 year son to begin his driving permit classes, and he's stated he's going to beat his older brothers score by trying to get 100% on his final exam. Love the enthusiasm. My daughter did very well & she learned a lot. Now she will take 4 sessions of 2 hours worth of driving. I have been very pleased so far & would highly recommend them. The end result is ridiculous, and they charged me $31.00 for this. They want the same people to fix my hair, which is unacceptable. The school tried to bring up that I signed a waiver for service. Waivers of liability are not enforced in Louisiana because of Articles 2004, 28, 29, 1918 and 1923 of the Louisiana Civil Code. They offered me a different service like a manicure or a facial as an alternative, but I do not want that because I feel their teaching methods are below standard. I want my $31.00 back because I don't think I should pay a company to ruin my hair, and I believe this is a reasonable request. I have filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the Louisiana Attorney General's office. My friend's mother had to pay $100.00 to have my hair fixed. My next step is small claims court/legal action. My advice to you is to think, think, and think again about whether you want to trust them with your hair. BB
