Katie has always kept me updated on her and made sure she was well taken care of. She will soon be going with ms. Hannah who watches the one year olds. she is so sweet and you can tell how much she enjoys her job and how much love she has for these babies! This daycare also does pictures regularly with professional photographers which I appreciate so much with being a single mother and not having the time go out and get them done myself. The school tried to suggest that he was suddenly autistic and/or needed to be put on drugs. I was in the process of fixing the behavior problem when they called my wife up to kick him out of their school on a Monday. They did not follow the behavior plan which included calling me if at any time was to out of line. We then enrolled him in Ponchartrain Elementary(the local public school). His behavior problem is now fixed, he is happy as a clam, but I find out that he is behind in his studies. Turns out that I was paying Cedarwood thousands of dollars to get less of an education than what he could have gotten at Ponchartrain. I have since heard this story from several other parents at Ponchartrain. They seem to drum out anyone that isn't a lemming, and why on earth was I paying thousands of dollars to this school. I have learned my lesson.

After a horrible experience with a center we had her in before MLS2 we were more than a bit nervous. Bringing her to My Little Sprout Too and their chain was one of the best things we could have done for her! They provide nothing but excellent care to the children and make them feel safe. Our little comes home just happy as can be telling us about her day and time with her friends and teachers. It's a blessing. The staff is very easy to get along with and very understanding to your needs. Mary is exceptional. Every teacher that our daughter has had here has be absolutely perfect. Miss Caroline had made her so excited to go to school even more than she already was. They learn so much and have some pretty good meals. If you want a GREAT daycare to send your little to that will teach them great things and have the absolute best time in the world then send them here. Our little is so excited to go to Pre-K with her sister at big girl school next year but I wish she could stay and do pre-k here. which they do have!

And the fact that they "couldn't handle" our barely two year old daughter crying because she is in a COMPLETELY new environment since her Original daycare unexpectedly closed down two weeks prior. She was scared and they told us, "we can't help her here but maybe our sister school can" when in fact it was the same lady who owns and operates the school she wanted to send us to. Don't you think the problem is still going to be there? The cameras in the building and classrooms are a great thing for many reasons. It's also how we caught this woman being aggressive to our child along with others children. Then had the audacity to act like nothing is wrong and talk bad about you when you report it. When looking over the footage the management saw nothing wrong and just said that she was fixing another Childs clothes. I don't know about you but I defiantly didn't know fixing another chips clothes entailed them picking said child up by their clothes straps and shaking them. but that's just me I guess. We had removed our daughter immediately since in the EXACT same day she was changing a child on the floor and a nearly two year old, who is more curious than ever for any kid at that age, was pushed quite harshly when already crying and wanted to be comforted. I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone to take their child to this daycare. If you want great care for your child DO NOT put them here. It's funny that miracle is her name because it is a MIRACLE that she is even Able to "teach" and be allowed to handle other peoples children. Side note, our daughter went to a new daycare two weeks after and cried for two days and that was it. Never cried again and was extremely excited to go to her new school.
