I am very disappointed in this facility. I signed up for the skills session and promptly showed up at the designated time. The door was locked, and no one was there. I called the number several times with no answer. I waited 30 minutes before leaving since I live 35 minutes away. I never received a phone call, but I did get an email with their reason for not being there. I was planning to go to another facility further away, but I decided to give this place another chance. (Big mistake!) This time, I received a payment request and was given another confirmation. And wouldn't you know, I am here right now and no one is here. I've called twice with no answer. If I didn't need this session for work, I would not be this upset. I can't vouch for the class; I can only tell you my experience with this place. If you sign up online, make sure you talk to a person to confirm your time.
Edit: They called me back, apologized for the schedule mix-up and made it right. I took the skills class and now have my card. read more
