They were able to work with me to accommodate my needs and I was able to schedule a skills check off with them the next day. They were very responsive and answered all my calls. Upon calling to inquire about taking a class and needing to be re-certified ASAP, they recommended that I take an AHA BLS online class ($28.50) and then just do the skills check off with them ($75). The process was easy and painless. I completed the online course, scheduled a morning skills check off, and my e-card was sent to me within a few hours, although I was quoted 1-3 business days - this was a nice surprise. Their mannequins were also of good quality in which it analyzed the quality of my compressions and prompted me to compress deeper when needed. The facility was clean and I was required to wear my mask and gloves (provided) to sign in on their iPad. The skills check off process was about 20 minutes total. Overall, my experience was pretty positive & I would recommend them to any provider for your certification needs!

I had been reaching out for weeks with no response. When someone finally called me back today her…read moreattitude was HORRIBLE. She spoke at me with the most condescending tone. When giving me information she wasn't informative or corrective in a nice way. Every question I asked she would catch an attitude when I would ask again because she didn't answer. "Hybrid" means both in person and online so if a person asks about the time for the in person portion, no need to catch an attitude because "YOU DONT KNOW WHAT HYBRID MEANS". Don't speak at people as if they are beneath you because you never know who you are speaking to. Also if a person ask for the price of the program. Saying after discounts and scholarships the price is $$$. There shouldn't be an attitude when asked what the cost again because you didn't give me the information I asked, especially if I know I wont be getting scholarships or discounts. If you cant be pleasant and professional DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. It very unfortunate because I have to take the program anyway and I specifically wanted to take it here rather than somewhere else but I can definitely see why the reviews are as such.

The Instructor Niki came to my place of business on time an equipped with everything needed. She was efficient knowledgeable and professional. The class was upbeat & to the point! The Hands on part was more than I'd ever remember! She had Epi-Pens Trainers, and best of all, the dolls she called Prestan they light up an indicate whether you are effectively working chest compressions! Great attitude & a fun atmosphere it was! The instructor was extremely professional and friendly. She let us practice with the CPR dummies until we felt comfortable. These dummies also have censors and lights to indicate whether the chest compressions are done correctly. The class sizes are small, and the location of the classes is nice.
