They were able to work with me to accommodate my needs and I was able to schedule a skills check off with them the next day. They were very responsive and answered all my calls. Upon calling to inquire about taking a class and needing to be re-certified ASAP, they recommended that I take an AHA BLS online class ($28.50) and then just do the skills check off with them ($75). The process was easy and painless. I completed the online course, scheduled a morning skills check off, and my e-card was sent to me within a few hours, although I was quoted 1-3 business days - this was a nice surprise. Their mannequins were also of good quality in which it analyzed the quality of my compressions and prompted me to compress deeper when needed. The facility was clean and I was required to wear my mask and gloves (provided) to sign in on their iPad. The skills check off process was about 20 minutes total. Overall, my experience was pretty positive & I would recommend them to any provider for your certification needs!

Won't ever again…read more Mistakenly used my husbands name in the shipping address as it just automatically entered it from the billing address on a 3rd party site. (My mistake) So it needed to be shipped back to the 3rd party so the shipping name could be changed by the 3rd party. The 3rd party sent performance shooters the return label and they held on to my merchandise for 2 weeks. Had to call the 3rd party to contact performance shooters. They also took 1 out of the 2 clips, the lock, and extras from my merchandise (this was confirmed by the 3rd party when performance shooters returned it to them). Called and emailed performance shooters within those 2 weeks they were holding my merchandise trying to get them to return it and never got responses, only that Joe was out of office or couldn't take my call. Yes, my mistake that I had incorrectly entered the information on the 3rd party website. But Performance Shooters was unethical in tampering with the merchandise, taking pieces from the merchandise, and keeping merchandise which was not theirs when a return label was emailed to them by the 3rd party the day after we found out about the shipping error. We had our transfer done by another FFL holder in Metairie which we should have used in the first place (the 3rd party website didn't have our preferred FFL's information). So rather than return merchandise that was not theirs and lose $40 (FFL transfers usually cost around $40), they stole pieces of merchandise and held onto it longer than needed to be. Only returned it after weeks of calling and emailing and getting other people involved. Would never recommend.

This daycare center is absolutely HORRID. There isn't enough food for the children staying there…read more(unless it's an infant, in which the parent brings the formula), the children don't get changed and are forced to take three hour naps. When asked for juice or water, they are refused. There are no activities or fun things to do with the kids. Employees only have the children seated and are told to 'shut up' and watch TV. Outside time is minimal and they can have up to 35 kids out in the rusty rug-covered dirt playground with only one supervisor attending to the children. Children are constantly yelled at and never learn a thing. The teacher: student ratio is absurd. The daycare center refuses to hire any more employees and when State Licensing visits, are lying about certain employees who don't have their background checked just because the owner doesn't want to spend the money. There are no snacks for the children. According to the list of activities for the day, the children are to receive a snack before lunch, a snack after nap, and a snack before the child is picked up. Their snacks consist of 2 (two) vanilla wafer cookies or half of a graham cracker. This, I believe, is not sufficient enough for the kids, especially for the fact being that there is not enough food during lunchtime for the kids. During lunch, the kids are asked who does and doesn't want to eat. Those who don't want to eat don't get food. For those who don't finish their food, the food is transferred onto another plate into The kitchen and is given to the next child. The three buildings are infested with termites, roaches and ants. Cheap spray is being used to treat the buildings. It obviously isn't working. For your child's safety, please refrain from signing up to this daycare. The owner and director are never there and only talk you up to keep you from taking your child out.
