Roadside Taco is a total hit with that authentic "street stall" soul while serving it up in a spot that's actually comfortable to hang out in. The corn tortillas are dipped in the chili oil from the stew and seared on the flat top until they reach that perfect, crispy-yet-pliable sweet spot. The birria here is consistently juicy and well-seasoned. The Consomé - dipping broth is rich, savory, and has just enough fat to coat the taco without feeling greasy. Make sure to pair your birria tacos with a Mexican Coke!

Tacos at the LV strip? Sure, why not! The business itself describes their food as offering "a taste of LA." Located inside the upscale Fontainebleau property, Roadside Taco is a fast casual eatery in the food hall. Great option especially after a concert at the BleauLive theater. Folks speak of long lines and higher pricing in general that is typical of restaurants on the strip. Roadside did a good job of keeping the line moving and the pricing here was not too bad. Tacos are tasty especially the beef with the birria consomé. Carnitas tacos are yummy too! No complaints about the nachos. Those hit the spot after the concert! Service was efficient and kind. They are open until 10pm during the week and close at 2AM on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Their yelp overall rating is on the low side/just A-OK but I give 3.5 and round up.

It depends on what you order, I ordered two burritos here, very overpriced in fact, but it tasted quite good. One of them was a chicken burrito with rice and beans, it was seasoned with a mocajete spicy sauce and other ingredients like onions, garlic and cilantro. I thought this burrito was mid for $23 and although it was huge, it didn't taste that great. The other burrito was a chorizo burrito with eggs and chorizo in it. It was cheaper at $16 and was relatively tasty, better than the roadside burrito I ordered for $23. It was smaller, the burrito had chorizo, a fatty ground pork meat in it, I only had a tiny slice of the burrito but the eggs were tasty and seasoned well with spices. Service was great, fast and the guy had a great personality. Wasn't mean or conceited at all. I thought the place was too empty however; only me and like three other people were there. The taco however, I saw a woman order one for like $9 and it was really small, almost as if she was about to throw it at the dude. I'm sure she was disappointed with her taco. It was about the same size as a regular taco at del taco. Fillings and shell everything. That was a shocker since the name is roadside taco. Next door was its competitor which served burgers and fries, but this place had little to no people in line or dining in. Then again it was a Tuesday night.

This spot, tucked away on the upper level above the casino floor inside Fontainebleau, definitely leans into that upscale Vegas energy: polished, buzzy, and pricy with small portions. But that's kind of expected when in Vegas. We ordered the carne asada taco (marinated steak, salsa árbol, avocado salsa) which was solid. The steak was tender with a nice char, and the salsa árbol brought a smoky heat that didn't overpower the avocado salsa. I ordered the street corn on a whim and I'm so glad I did. Perfectly creamy, layered with chipotle aioli, salty cotija, and a generous dusting of Tajín that added brightness and just enough spice. Every bite struck a balance between sweet, smoky, salty, and tangy. We also tried the El Chorizo burrito (scrambled eggs, Salvadoran chorizo, avocado, chipotle aioli). The chorizo had a rich, slightly smoky depth, and the eggs were soft and fluffy. Service was attentive and efficient, and the location makes it a great escape from the casino chaos without fully leaving the energy behind.

Roadside Taco came in clutch after a night out at LIV. Located inside the Fontainebleau, nothing beats that feeling knowing you have the convenience inside your hotel clean food hall. With many options available, we knew we picked the right place once we smelled the food. We ordered a Beef Birria, and Carné Asada tacos with Lemonade and Margarita. Service was fast and Roadside Taco definitely hit the spot!!!!

Stopped here to try the nachos and wasn't disappointed. I got the carne asada while my friend got the birria and it was pretty mediocre. The service was fairly quick and staff are nice as well. I will say, the guacamole was FANTASTIC! Would I come here again? Maybe, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Roadside Taco is convenient if you are staying at Fontainebleau. It is located on the 2nd floor in their food court. I had purchased their Roadside Burrito at $23. However, I was really disappointed when I got the burrito. Some doused salt like the Salt Bae onto the carne asada and was inedible. At least the staff was really friendly giving me the burrito, but won't be coming back here.

Roadside Taco (in the Promenade food hall at Fountainbleau Hotel in Las Vegas) is the outpost of the LA based taco shop based in Studio City. My wife and I ate there twice for dinner, and found the food to be good and service friendly (though a bit disorganized). First night: Street Corn (7) - just bad. very watery and the corn tasted like it came straight from a can. Queso Rizo Dip (13) - a decent version of chips and salsa, with a good cheese sauce (thick and spicy). Wish they used better (thicker and not from a bag) chips. Beef Birria taco (10) - corn tortilla standard size, stuffed with a decent amount of pulled beef. It's a quesabirria (even though it doesn't say that). Came with a small cup of consume. I tried two of them on the 2nd night, and it was quite tasty, with good quality beef. Second night: Chicken Quesadilla (20) - was hoping that it was flavored chicken breast with cheese (which my wife would really like). Instead it used the stewed chicken, mixed with a lot of vegetables, that comes in the taco. Roadside Burrito with choice of meat ($23) - chose birria. It was an OK burrito, with decent mexican rice as the filler. The birria meat was good, but had far less than what was in the taco. The wait can be quite long, and you can't go very far since there is no paging/intercom system. It's an open kitchen, so saw some of the mass confusion as my order was being prepared on the 2nd night. Sure enough, when I took the food back to a different eating area, I realized that I had gotten the wrong thing (chicken taco instead of chicken quesadilla). So I walked all the way back, and they were expecting me, preparing the right dish and letting me keep the tacos. Unlike the first time, the quesadilla was prepared really fast.

Tasty Mexican food that's open late!! Friday and Saturday they close at 2am The rest of the days 10pm Roadside Taco located on the second floor of the fontainebleau, in their food hall Food: -Quesadilla with beef added. This is probably their best value and it tastes great!! This can feed two people or one person if you're REALLY Hungry -Carne asada taco was good if you're craving carne asada, but the Birria is FAR tastier -Birria Taco is delicious and does justice to a true Birria taco!! If you've never tried Birria, this place does a good job! Ambiance: it's a food hall, But one of the nicer food halls out there! It's nicely decorated, seats table and everything is really nice and elegant Service: No issues at all! It's good tasting food for being a food hall, worth checking out if you're in the mood for some tasty Mexican food!

Roadhouse taco is next to Miami Sloce inside the Fountainebleu food court. Came here for a late night snack and thinking back on it.Perhaps the line here is just the people who didn't want to wait in line at Miami Slice. Heard so many people rave about how good the pizza was too bad.We didn't have any. We did, however, have nachos and a taco. The nachos were cafeteria style with runny cheese and thick chips. The green salsa and sour cream they gave us were okay. Also had one steak taco that cost ten dollars. This was a street taco size taco. Tastes good but nothing to write home about. The taco and a mexican sprite cost seventeen dollars before taxes. This is one place that I definitely would not have missed if I would have missed it.

Chips & guac

Was staying at the Fontainebleau for work recently & just needed a quick lunch before my conference started. I saw this place had mushroom tacos & probably the closest I was going to get for a vegan option. I started with the guac which needed a little salt & the chips didn't contribute much. The mushroom tacos were alright ($9 ea for what's a little larger than a street taco). The cilantro vinaigrette was a pretty runny, bonus points for the corn tortillas holding together, though. The tamarind ice tea was tasty (similar to an Arnold palmer) but I didn't realize there was an option for a chamoy or tajin rim so I wish the staff would've made the suggestion. Would I come here again? Maybe, if I didn't have the time for anything else.

The Roadside Burrito
Jay S.

The food was mediocre at this establishment but the price was relatively more reasonable amongst all the restaurants at the Promenade food court, so my friends and I have decided to pay this place a visit. If someone is looking for good tacos within the city, I wouldn't recommend this spot, but if one is looking for an economical spot within the Fontainebleau hotel, then this would most likely be one of the best options. Our chips and salsa combo had spoiled pico de gallo that didn't really have any salt in it, but the molcajete salsa and salsa verde were good enough. The fried fish taco was pretty dry, and had way too much jalapeño aioli to the point that it overpowered other taste. The chicken taco was pretty solid with a reasonable amount of chipotle achiote. The beef birria taco had a good amount of beef which was pretty juicy, which really didn't need the $3 for consommé. Finally, the Roadside burrito was deceptive because upon the protein selection, there would be a surcharge, which was why our burrito ended up becoming $21 instead of the original $16 that was advertised on the menu. The flavor was great, but I did not think that it was worth the extra amount. Overall, as I had suggested above, this establishment would be a good spot for whoever is looking for affordable meals within the Fontainebleau hotel, and that is about it.

Fish tacos with rice and beans
Kimberly D.

Rating this as 3 stars as overall it was a decent meal, but not great, and overpriced for what it is. The fish tacos were tasty, and decent sized. The rice and beans were OK, but not the best. I love guacamole, but didn't love this version. It was heavy on the lime and just didn't taste as good as I expected it to. The meal was OK for hotel "food court" food, but it was way overpriced for that type of food. The promenade at Fountainbleau is definitely nicer than most food courts. It's gorgeous and has plenty of seating. You can scan the QR code at any table to order from any of the restaurants in the promenade. They text you when your order is ready for pick ups and that worked nicely. However, the price reflects that as well. What was likely a $35-40 meal elsewhere was $55+ here. Sodas were $6 a bottle.

The lambic we were were drinking cost $14 per bottle/glass. We ordered ONE bottle of his recommended beer "Framboise 2022" (which was not as good as the $14 one we were drinking, btw), at a cost of $35.
