At one point I was specifically told there was no availability that day, so I made other plans. Later, I was called and asked if I was available after all, but by then I wasn't because I had planned my day based on what I had been told. The final appointment was delayed again, followed by additional issues that prevented them from arriving as scheduled. I understand that unexpected things happen, and any one of these problems on its own would have been understandable. But after several days of changing plans and uncertain arrival times, I finally canceled and went with another company. Communication was polite throughout, but the reliability and organization were not what I expected from a mobile service.
