My car was un-consentually towed in a public parking area ON A THURSDAY at 1AM with no signs or…read morespace numbers. I was towed after being parked for 20 minutes without any notice of towing. I did not KNOW I was towed until I saw Riverside Tow trucks scraping a blue truck towing. I lived in the apartment complex and had never been told of time limits or parking spot assignment. I explained to the driver that my house keys were in my car and I had a dog inside I needed to feed and walk. He said that it sucks and to uber there in the morning. My dog was left unattended for 10 HOURS along with me sleeping outside my door. I arrived at 10AM and due to the horrible service at the lot, I was unable to get my car until 4PM. My car is registered under my dad's name but I am a listed driver. Due to this, I needed my dad's signature and physical license. He lives in Florida. I am in Baton Rouge. I had work the next day and still had no idea how to get into my apartment. The lady running the business was polite (note im a white-passing woman) but the system of service was so unorganized. They also only take cash and do not have an ATM near the lot. If I had known a 20 minute parking job in a completely unmarked area would lead me to nearly starve my dog and remain homeless until I could get an uber, I would have clearly moved spots, however, there were no "right" spots due to it being public property! The absolute worst night/day of my life. Pricing is posted outside of the office, take note of the prices when handed your invoice to avoid being scammed. ALL COLLEGE KIDS WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED: this place opens at 8AM and I would suggest going as early as possible. Bring your registration, drivers license, and $300 CASH. Have you ever called a towing company and didn't know for sure if they got the information correct or when they would arrive?? Yes I have, but you never have to worry about this with Roadrunner Towing!! After my call, I received a text with a link that showed me the towing job I requested, they provided me an update without me having to call and ask, and the driver contacted me directly to provide an even more specific window of time to expect him. Again, there aren't many companies out there that keep you informed, truly care, and most of all, treat you like family. You can't go wrong with Roadrunner Towing.

The dispatch asked for the address which we didn't have. The dispatch replied that we needed to look up the address and call back. When the tow truck arrived, the driver was very rude right off the bat! I was told I needed to call dispatch and make the payment arrangements. The dispatcher had a child howling crying right next to the phone so loud that I couldn't hear her and she couldn't hear me which is very unprofessional. Lastly the tow truck driver tore the yard up so much with major ruts and tracks even in the neighbor's yard. Some of the ruts are at least 10 inches deep. The way the car was positioned under the carport and the driveway there is no excuse for the driver to have gone through the yard and certainly not in the neighbor's yard. The driver took the path of least resistance instead of moving the car properly and professionally.

It's long, but worth reading…read more.. Listen, I did the research and even discarded family/friend's suggestions on body shops. I chose this place due to the reviews but I should have known better than to believe it could be that great. My vehicle was improperly fixed (from a different bodyshop) from a previous accident before I purchased it. After discovering that there was water leakage in the trunk along with an improper alignment- the dealership agreed to pay for all repairs to a bodyshop of my choice. It was clear from the beginning that this place has a very narrow minded atmosphere when the front desk lady didn't know how to handle my situation. After speaking to the owner, I knew this was gonna be difficult because he reeked of arrogance and even cut me off during my explanation. After I missed my first appointment, I called back to reschedule only to find out the front desk lady once again had no idea about who I was nor how to deal with my situation. Once my vehicle was ready for pick up, I examined it and noticed that my interior fabric panel was unsealed and messed up. Once Doug, the owner, decided he was ready to get off the phone and attend to my concerns it got disturbing. He stepped out with me and aggressively started ripping apart my interior trunk to dismiss my concerns. He ended up breaking plastic pieces only to admit that the panel was poorly handled by his people and would have to stay messed up because he had no interest in replacing it. He stated, "i would not make a profit off of it". He continued to accuse this entire fiasco on the dealership, he didn't shut the hell up until I shot down every single diss he made at the dealership. After mentioning why only the leakage was fixed and not the entire trunk, he proceeded to say that he was "unaware" of those problems and expressed that he would refuse to fix it because the problems came from a poorly done job and not a collision. Cause that makes a difference? He stated, he knew "no one who would fix this type of issue". Now I know this company, they are going to respond to this review and try to shift the blame on anyone besides themselves. Let me finish by saying, they are most definitely overpriced. They charged $500 in labor for $15 worth of items- no exaggeration. I do NOTA recommend, a dealership bodyshop is better and probably cheaper. This review is 100% honest, I am not being petty (1. The repairs are not coming out of my pocket anyway, 2. My vehicle is going to be repaired by the right people, 3. There is no reason to be petty). There is no exaggeration, I not once showed any form of disrespect to any of their staff including Doug. I gave this place the chance to fix their mistakes without being rude or exasperating, they said no so now I tell the story. Simple. So don't bother responding to this review Complete Collision, I have given you the opportunity to speak your truth and make things right. Don't make a front just because this is now public.
