Had the worst experience here and would not recommend this place to anyone. After bringing my…read morevehicle in, they somehow managed to rip three of my valve stems off, which completely ruined my tires. Because of their careless work, all of my tires ended up going completely flat, leaving me stranded and dealing with a problem that never existed before I came here. What makes this even worse is that this damage was clearly caused by negligence. Valve stems don't just fall off on their own this shows a serious lack of attention, professionalism, and basic care when handling customers' vehicles. Now I'm stuck trying to get them to pay for repairs and replacements that I shouldn't have to worry about in the first place. The whole situation was extremely frustrating and stressful. Instead of leaving with my vehicle serviced properly, I left with more damage, wasted time. Customer service was also disappointing, and there didn't seem to be much accountability taken for what happened. I trusted this business with my vehicle, and they completely let me down. If you value your car, your time, and your money, I strongly suggest going somewhere else. This was easily one of the worst service experiences I've ever had.

Lot of complaints by those who only value cheap, go figure…read more Staff at check in very helpful. Yeah it's costly but you get a very nice wash and wax, person complaining about tires, where did you go? My tired get cleaned and polished every visit. And when you are through they direct you over and wipe your windows, mirrors and lights. I gave a $1 tip no fuss so what's that about. I think some people just want to tear any new place down. As for no shade in the vacuum area? Where do you find this?? I've never seen a shaded vacuum area. But anyway. I got a great car wash and wax, courteous staff and a great job wiping my windows and mirrors as well as lights. Forget the boo hooers, if you want a good car wash close by in the neighborhood this is the place. In fact I haven't found better even in Farmington.

They had complimentary drinks so I poured myself a hot chocolate and sat down expecting to be there awhile as in the past when I have taken my car there they spent 45 mins to an hour taking care of my car. Not today! 10 mins later they're telling me it's ready. I opened the back trunk area and they didn't even touch it. I had dog hair in the back and mud prints. I asked for the manager and she told me they did clean it but the vacuums won't pick up the dog hair. I told her they did NOT even try and pointed to the mud prints. She was kind to wipe that down and clean it up for me. She then wanted to know if I wanted her to show me how the vacuum won't pick up the dog hair. I told her no and that I will take it somewhere else that will do it right. She walked away. I then drove to Grease Monkey and had my windshield wipers replaced and used their free vacuums that have suction. I found out Mister Car Wash recently bought out Blue Diamond. Well Mr. Carwash, you suck more than your vacuums do! So folks, don't waste your money. They'll spend 10 mins. and give your car a onceover. No effort

They charged me $685 to replace a wiring connector on the camshaft position sensor. I would hate…read moreto think what they would have charged if it were something more involved. Edit: Phil called in response to my review. See the attached invoice. I had already replaced the camshaft position sensor (a ten minute job), which was new. This did not resolve the code, which indicated the connection was intermittent. I had tested the connector with a multimeter, which indicated there was a bad connection at the connector. This was communicated to the service manager when I dropped off the vehicle. The technician stated that there was a broken tab on the camshaft position sensor, and they replaced the brand new part I had just installed. See the attached photo. That the tab could be broken without being filed off is highly suspect. It's a durable part. That the relatively fragile connector was damaged is more credible. In my opinion, as stated to the service manager, it was obviously the part that needed to be replaced. They replaced the connector, which again, I had communicated was the likely issue. They claim to have paid $110 for this part that I can purchase at Napa for $26. So in summary, I paid $685 to have them swap out a $26 connector. I can only conclude they're either dishonest or incompetent. Edit 2: Well Phil, now you're just outright lying. You did not show me the new camshaft position sensor you removed and replaced. Your technician did not perform any diagnostics, and ignored the diagnostic information I provided to you in advance. He just started swapping parts, AND overcharging for the time spent. Even if the sensor needed to be replaced, a $40 part that takes ten minutes to install, to charge me $685 is absurd.
