I am appalled at this lack of quality of the service. All I needed was the inside of my car cleaned and vacuumed. They had complimentary drinks so I poured myself a hot chocolate and sat down expecting to be there awhile as in the past when I have taken my car there they spent 45 mins to an hour taking care of my car. Not today! 10 mins later they're telling me it's ready. I opened the back trunk area and they didn't even touch it. I had dog hair in the back and mud prints. I asked for the manager and she told me they did clean it but the vacuums won't pick up the dog hair. I told her they did NOT even try and pointed to the mud prints. She was kind to wipe that down and clean it up for me. She then wanted to know if I wanted her to show me how the vacuum won't pick up the dog hair. I told her no and that I will take it somewhere else that will do it right. She walked away. I then drove to Grease Monkey and had my windshield wipers replaced and used their free vacuums that have suction. I found out Mister Car Wash recently bought out Blue Diamond. Well Mr. Carwash, you suck more than your vacuums do! So folks, don't waste your money. They'll spend 10 mins. and give your car a onceover. No effort read more

Had my car washed here and was given a coupon for a free tea. Their 24 hour rain policy was written on the card. It happened that before 24 hours was up it rained on my car. I called to see what needed to be done to get it rewashed and was told I could bring it in the next day. I went after work the next day and they wouldn't honor it because it was supposed to have been brought in for rewash during first 24 hours. Even when I explained to them what I had been told by their employee, my car didn't get washed. They don't stand behind what they say. I believe I'll be going to their competition from now on. This is my first time here, I'm usually at the Octopus Carwash and I thought I'd give this place a try. The prices are more than the competitors but they also vacuum out the car and while down the interior, but it depends on the package you choose. You have to drive through the first part of the wash and they take over with the vacuuming and wiping. We have to wait in the customer lounge and it has snacks and other nick-nacks. There's also a restroom in the lounge too, tv's with places to sit and wait. All in all, it okay, I don't know if it's all worth the price but if you don't have the time to do re work yourself, this place will work. Keep in mind that they aren't very fast and if you are pressed for time, your in trouble. Make sure you have the time to spend on it because you'll be waiting read more

Horrible customer service. They wanted to charge $10 for mud on our little car. How much mud can you get on a little car.

A very large employee leaned too heavily on my dash and cracked it in half. I brought it back up immediately after my wife brought the car home and told me. The manager said he would pay for the repairs and asked me to get an estimate. I took it to Webb collision and the new dash and instillation was over $1,000. When I brought it to the manager he changed his story and said he wouldn't pay for it and that they didn't do it. If they didn't do it, why ask for an estimate???? It cost me $500 for my insurance deductible to get it repaired. I will NEVER go back to this place!!!! read more

This place is great. While it is expensive for a car wash, the attention to detail and quality of service is worth the cost once in a while. I wouldn't take the car there every time it gets washed just because of the cost factor. If you need a vehicle washed for a special occasion there isn't a better place to go. read more

Took my truck and my daughters jeep to be cleaned they stole her AUX cord and her I phone cord. She went in to talk to the owner and he said "we have very trustworthy staff", and offered a free car wash. No thanks so they can steal from me again! read more

I became a monthly member few months back, as I thought it was worth the money... $$$$ The first couple times, I was satisfied with the wash... But the last few times.... not so much... I guess it all depends who is working the day you in... Lots of them dont really put their heart into it, and therefore, the end result is not very satisfying... And i did ask one time of of the person that dry off the car to pay attention to mirror one time... And I got the killer's look!!!! Manager should really pay more attention to the work... Horrible customer service. I've used Blue Diamond Auto Spa twice now. 1st time they lost my back seat floor mats, they compensated me with a free detail. Yesterday I go to use the free detail. Girl at the entrance didn't even know the pricing for what I wanted. I did not have a key for my trailer hitch and the girl said to go on through. Ok, so I did as she said and went on through. At the entrance of the wash, "Dave" (I believe is his name) opens my drivers door and says "I'll let you go through this one time but never again". Hmmm oh really? I'm a paying customer, your employee told me to go through. So I get attitude for doing something I was told to do? This is how they do business??!! Wow. So I go on through and leave my car for a couple of hours. Come back to pick it up and the back seat wasn't even clean nor did it have the "vinyl dressing" I paid extra for. Will never return. I understand if trailer hitches need to be removed. I would have ran home and got my key to remove it. Do not treat a paying customer that way. I did not deserve your bad attitude when I was doing what an employee told me to do. read more

Went today. Asked for a level 3 wash with extra treatment for leather seats and sides. Total cost $50+, i asked prior to paying if they will clean the back (trunk-SUV) and he said yes, I even got out of the car showed him what I meant and said yes we will clean it. Went back and was not cleaned. When approached the Manager they said that they don't do anything on the trunk area ( not what the guy told me at first). They wanted me to pay an extra $26, I did tell her that I was told that it was included in the first price given to me. She said it was not. At the end they just cleaned it fast and that was it. I have no problem paying if I am told from the beginning but if the employee is not properly trained that is no the customer fault! Disappointed customer today.... read more

Worst car wash in town! I went through the wash and it broke my FACTORY license plate bracket and warped the actual plate. The manager, David, told me it happens all the time and that he's the "supreme authority" and wouldn't replace it. He was incredibly rude, refused to try and fix the issue and kept up with a condescending tone the entire conversation. I told him it's not aftermarket it came from the factory with the car. Still he refused and blamed me. I've gone through Octopus dozens of times, Grease Monkey, and out of state automatic washes and have never had an issue. Don't chance taking your vehicle here. Read all the reviews on their Facebook page and it's much worse from other people who have had a bad experience. read more

Had the worst experience on Oct. 2, 2015. We took everything out of car except handicapped sticker. When we left never looked for sticker. Went to the mall n could not find sticker. Called blue diamond w as told by manager his staff knew what sticker was and would not throw it was. Told me to come back so staff would look through the car. Basically not their fault. Went back n lo and behold they had handicapped sticker. Asked to speak to manager. All he said was he would review the tape. No sorry for the inconvenience, no let me give a free car wash. Nothing. Not worth the money at all. There aren't a lot of options in this area for car washes that also do the interior, and I suspect that if there were, Blue Diamond would need to step up its game big time. They barely spent any time cleaning my car. When they told me it was ready, there was still all kinds of debris on the seats and floor. The windows were also left with streaks. This place its horrible. I took my Camaro today March 13, for the second time. Paid for almost 20 bucks for the wash and vacuum. Thats all they do. My rims were dirty, tail light dirty, the inside was pretty clean before I took it there and yet, they still seemed to miss few dog hairs in the vehicle. They couldn't even pass a towel inside the car to take the dust off. I had to grab a towel my self to clean around the door. Im not even a picky person but for 20 bucks? Come one now. Went home and rewashed my car all over. Lost my business. Never again. Save your money and go somewhere else or do it your self if you want it done right. I don't live in Farmington, traveling through. But I got a wash from here, and I'll tell you I have never had my car cleaned like that before in any other place I have been. The price was amazing compared to how particular they were with my car, it seemed that every corner of my car was cleaned, wiped down, and I couldn't have been happier. I would actually give them no star. I have given blue diamond more than a dozen chances. I generally get the exterior/interior for approx. $26.00. They are horrible. The interior is never done correctly. The console is not wiped down, and you get attitude when you ask them to wipe off the coffee stains. The windows are never clean. There is always a film left behind. I stopped going to them because they are so bad and not worth my time or money. On Friday I stopped in because I couldn't get in to see Foutz & Hannon who do an amazing job!!!! As expected, once again the windows were left with a film on them and my sunshades were missing. When I called and then stopped by within 20 min, I was told the person who washed my car had left for the day and the manager would call me tomorrow after looking at the video cameras and talking with the worker. No call came. The supervisor on the phone lacked courtesy. I called today and was told the manager would call me in a half hour, he did not. I called back and was told the manager '"just stepped out and wanted to let me know the worker folded the sunshade under the car seat" (it is not under the car seats). I asked for the manager's boss name and was told that he was out of town and they would give my message to the manager to handle. I asked again for the owner's name, given the first name Mike and told again the manager would call. This is a run-around if I ever did see one. We, the customer, have the right to speak with the next in line when the manager is not doing their job. Nor should we be made to feel like we are not telling the truth. So essentially I am out $26 for the cost of a poorly done car wash and the cost of another sunshade. Don't go to Blue Diamond. Their work is sloppy and incomplete. They are discourteous and they do not take responsibility for missing items from your car. read more

This place is terrible and expensive they are crap blue diamond dented my car with the brush. I hope they go out of business for there crap service.Then they said that they didn't do it I even went in and saw the video the guy said the brush didn't even touch your car. But I saw the guy hit my car and I heard it.That dent was not there before I went there. They said it was a car door that hit it that would be impossible it's way to high to be a car door dent and I know that dent was not there before I went there. They also put scratches in my car also because of there brushes what car wash still uses brushes. They also didn't clean out the inside very well I paid 30 bucks for that service and they did a bad job also. They did a horrible job cleaning my dad's truck. They left leaves in the cab. They also messed up the windshield. When my dad asked them to fix it or give him a refund, the manager was horribly rude. He eventually gave my dad his money back, but the manager told him "he better not see him there again." Don't worry sir. None of us will ever go there again. read more

Blue Diamond Auto Spa is the best car wash experience I've ever had. We were visiting after driving across a couple of slushy, snowy and icy mountain passes. My truck was a total mess. I took the truck to Blue Diamond Auto Spa and received the best service and wash I've ever experienced this side of an all-day detailing. The exterior was very clean, windows spotless, door jambs totally clean, interior pristine, wheels sparkling, and tires clean, wiped-down, and with the shiny wet look. The drying area is enclosed, and the waiting area and atmosphere are pleasant. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and did a fantastic job of cleaning my truck. I've never had a vehicle cleaned this well at a full-service automatic car wash - and I've run lot of cars through a lot of washes in a lot of towns over many years. It's almost worth visiting my relatives in Farmington just to hit Blue Diamond Auto Spa. read more

After having a very large rock (30#!) Go through my windshield, I took my car to Blue Diamond for a clean out. I can't begin to tell you what a great experience that it was. David, the manager, was so gracious. They took it and cleaned every bit of glass out. The total cost was under$40.00. I would have paid what ever was charged. Visiting back to Farmington after living there for over 15 Yrs. Decided to try a new upcoming detail shop. Just needed a simple exterior / interior detail, middle price range service. Upon pickup of my vehicle, i noticed the drivers side leather seat was nearly white in a large area. The original color was tan (taupe). Very upset as this distorted the whole look of the interior seat. The worker stated the manager would have to intervene. Who knows whatever product was used on that area or amount of pressure used, but upon return of the vehicle, they certainly did not disclose it upon return. The manager stated nothing would be done for the mishap and Blue Diamond is not responsible.. Poor service and now I have to look at this hideous white discoloration. Manager was not empathetic or even over any partial or full refund. read more
