They showed up on time, worked quickly, and left my yard looking spotless. The entire process was stress-free from start to finish, and their attention to detail really stood out. If you're looking for a company that's reliable, affordable, and gets the job done right, KingDryves LLC is the one to call. Excellent customer service, great communication, and top-quality work. I was referred to Upstairs Downstairs movers by my real estate agent in Dobbs Ferry…read more The Upstairs Downstate moving team headed up by Danny (extremely professional, hardworking, and personable) facilitated a very smooth transition from our apartment in Westchester County up to Albany. They work in a very systematic fashion; they're very fast and efficient. All the material they used for packing was paper and we feel like our possessions were moved in the best possible way (no old blankets that other movers use, things were handled carefully, and furniture was disassembled and then reassembled carefully and quickly). My communications w the company were transparent. Vincent was very professional and always very responsive. We had a consultation through FaceTime and he gave me a quote based on what I showed him of our home (furniture, etc). There were companies that offered to make the move for less but we were very satisfied with our experience. With Vincent, there were no extra hidden fees and we feel what we paid was in line with the value of such excellent service. The move went very smoothly. And I highly recommend requesting Danny to lead the move!

Unfortunately, right after they left, the couch leg collapsed. I contacted them, and one day later, sent a person who worked very diligently to fix it. He admitted to accidentally breaking it. I said, no problem as long as it's fixed. That couch wasn't even four years old. It's a name brand. However, it broke again on May 28th. Throughout the whole process, I remained polite, professional, and most of all kind and pleasant. Maybe this was my mistake. I sent an email with several pictures, and my contact person said that all communication with us is ended since the insurance company will now handle it. She attached a claim form. But the claim form didn't have a number or the name of the insurance company. I finished the claim form and sent it to them one week later. I requested confirmation of it. Nothing. I sent another email requesting confirmation. Nothing, no reply. Two weeks later, not hearing anything from an insurance company, I sent another email requesting the insurance company's name. Nothing. No response. Even though I had told them that since I injured my back, I worked on that couch. It's how I made my living. Why have they ghosted me? I would NEVER hire them. It is now July. My couch is still broken. They are taking no responsibility whatsoever.

They were so nice to our dog who fell in love with them!! They treated our homes (the one we moved out of and the one we moved into) with the utmost care and respect and were such nice guys to spend the day with. The price was very very reasonable - right in line with the estimate, no surprise charges. Far less than I expected to pay. I hope I don't move again very soon, but when I do it will be with Rui & Co. for sure.

I was organizing a move on behalf of a family member from Yonkers to Washington, DC. Mystical and Shonari was the first to come back to me, with what turned out to be a very competitive quote. I followed up with a call to Shonari to discuss details and logistics. He could not have been nicer or more professional. He asked several detailed questions about what would be transported, and we set the date and time. In just a call, I felt Shonari was invested in the success of my move. Life intervenes when your busy doing other things, and on moving day, I found myself with extra furniture that I thought would have been sold or donated. Mystical also does trash hauling, so at the last minute, I contacted Shonari to ask if he could take the extra furniture with my other boxes, and drop it off for trash AFTER he unloaded at the destination. Big ask on my part. But not for Shonari. He accommodated me with no problem, which was a huge load off my shoulders as I needed to have the unit cleared that day. Shonari and his team are friendly, considerate, professional, and efficient. They moved quick and got everything loaded fast. As an example of Shonari's dedication, I had a plant that has been in my family for 23 years. It required a good deal of TLC in transport. Shonari took the time to make sure the plant was secure and it made it fine to DC. I'm grateful for his care and attention. From start to finish, this was a superb customer service experience, with Shonari and Mystical exceeding all of my expectations. Shonari embodies the very best qualities of small business excellence, most importantly being that his word is his bond. If Shonari promises, he delivers. It's refreshing. If you're here and look at the number of reviews as the metric of credibility for a company, you're missing out with regard to Mystical. Take a chance and reach out to Shonari. You won't be disappointed.

Lots of miscellaneous things, including multiple mattresses, heavy wooden tables, couches, etc. I needed a professional and affordable company that could show up the next day. This wasn't my home, this was an asset that I manage for work. It was imperative for me to get this done right because I had people to answer to. Not all of the furniture fit thru the doors, so these guys had to take a lot of it apart. They worked quickly, were super friendly, and the price was truly a deal!!! I was impressed with how careful they were removing things. It is so easy to mess up floors, walls, etc if things are removed carelessly. By the time they were done, their entire truck was jam packed (see pic). These guys treat the project as if their working in their own homes, which is why I hired them a second time to come clean out my apartment in Brooklyn as I was moving. I needed a heavy bed frame thrown out, a 2 piece couch, 2 glass patio tables, 2 dressers, a small table, along with miscellaneous trash in a few garbage bags. Trust me, it is easier to hire someone to do this instead of trying to coordinate throwing all of this out via street trash. Hauling it down is hard, breaking it up is even worse, but making sure santitation takes everything and avoiding tickets is close to impossible. Use these guys, you will not regret it!
