When I finally got in my car, the alignment was still off AND the wipers were never replaced. They asked me to come back first thing the next morning to make it right. Truly, they were cheaper than the budget Coopers I was looking at from another retailer. Installation was fast and they're well balanced. Alex noticed I didn't have a spare tire for my 1000 mile drive home (which I hadn't yet noticed) and sent one of his guys off to see if they had a matching rim. They didn't and then mounted and balanced one of my old tires so I had the peace of mind for my drive home. 10/10 - would highly recommend, not only for the good prices and quick service, but also for a group of genuinely kind people who made me happy I spent my time and money with them.

So reasonable, I also bought a set of tires (with onsite installation) for my wife's Mustang. These folks are honest. I had a tire which had been punctured and had a patch. My tires were…read moregetting close to needing replacement. I called a large warehouse for a quote first. Then , spoke with the manager at Discount, who stayed on the phone after their closing time. He gave great advice and told me I had a warranty on two of the tires on my car. When I went in to the store this morning (Belleview & Santa Fe) I expected to pay about $900. I left spending $550. These folks found every discount I could claim, and truthfully, I would not have known the difference. This included credits for tires which did not wear according to the initial warranty. I was in and out within one hour. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. Yes I purchased the extra warranty. It paid for itself previously.
