Instead of keeping the blown tire in my car, they offered to take the tire/wheel until the spare came in. I had no idea they would do that. They are absolutely phenomenal. PS. I have been taking my car here for over 7 years. The staff is kind, helpful, and answers any questions you may. I also love the fact you can get free air pressure checks. Ran over piece of sharp metal and started losing air very quickly. Waited until the shop opened promptly at 8 am. I was hoping for a flat repair but after taking it off the wheel, hope was gone. Metal piece was like an iceberg. Wanted to only get one, but supposedly 13K mile on it wouldn't be possible. Service tech was trying to tell me that I needed four new tires but ended up getting two for rear for $500. Yikes. Did get the best tires in stock. Didn't like the speech about the chance of ruining transmissions and making a note and such. I wanted new (to me) tires before I drove it back to Illinois. They didn't have anything used in my trucks size, but Alex quoted me a great price on a set of new Michelin tires. Truly, they were cheaper than the budget Coopers I was looking at from another retailer. Installation was fast and they're well balanced. Alex noticed I didn't have a spare tire for my 1000 mile drive home (which I hadn't yet noticed) and sent one of his guys off to see if they had a matching rim. They didn't and then mounted and balanced one of my old tires so I had the peace of mind for my drive home. 10/10 - would highly recommend, not only for the good prices and quick service, but also for a group of genuinely kind people who made me happy I spent my time and money with them.

While no car repairs are ever cheap, I found their prices to be fair, and did not try to "diagnose" and "repair" and frivolous services, like many auto repairs are known for. In fact, they cautioned me on things I knew needed replacement like my brakes, that were separate from my check engine light problem, and took care of noticing and replacing my rear windshield wiper free of charge. I am now having my engine light on again, and under the warranty he is helping again, to take care of it, and was told by phone that they will assist with rental reimbursement as well, since their loaners are limited to 35 miles/day, and my driving needs exceed that. Also Kevin called me an Uber to the rental place! I will update this post once I hear more from the diagnoses of the light coming back on.
