We have all been there: too busy (or lazy) to cook and uninterested in our limited delivery options. Road Butler solves this problem by picking up your takeout order from any restaurant in Petaluma. The process is a little more complicated and costly than some of the app-based services, but I appreciate having more choices without having to drive anywhere. Going forward, I am excited (and a little scared) for my next "you know what sounds good right now?" food craving, because I know Road Butler can make it happen! read more

I don't normally write reviews, but Mark is great. He's super personable, prompt, and is great with creating a perfect customer experience. I love that he texts you when he picks up and then afterwards thanking you after delivery. That's such a great touch. I love that he can also pick up other things than just food. I called Mark to place a delivery for my favorite restaurant here in town and I was blown away by his professionalism and kindness. He walked me through how to place an order with him, which I really appreciated considering I'm 75 years old. He was direct, helpful, and speedy! So I don't know how it's possible, but I always get crunchy tacos delivered to my house, crunchier than when I pick it up myself!!! He always goes the extra mile, bringing chips and salsa from the salsa bar! Such a nice and professional gentleman, yet he makes you feel like you're already friends.
