The owner of PFT said the prices they set on our order is correct that the restaurant has the wrong prices and I need to contact them instead. Not so. The restaurant's prices were correct on their website which also matched the restaurant's attached receipt. After reviewing the itemized receipt from PFT, we found that they increase the prices to their benefit to offset using their website even for pickups. Delivery, perhaps. Pickups, highway robbery. If you're doing a pickup order CALL directly to the establishment or be charged 30% more just by going through PFT.

The guy was patient with me and explains that they don't call in the orders so they go in the way that I put them in but the system created some issue and it auto submits the wrong item because of punctuation or something. He says he will send over a new one and I think things are great. But no, he gets it from the Novato restaurant. I know this because I called to confirm and found that out. So now two hours later, and way more money than I needed to spend to buy the same dish that I could have gotten from the Novato restaurant I sit here pissed. Oh and Dine in Marin's response, "next time call the restaurant directly" so basically don't use their service. Their service caused the problem. I highly recommend that anyone that is ordering online look and if your Marin restaurant has a 707 number beware. They don't care. They are subcontractors that are basically outside of the review/responsibility chain. One star for trying to help but still failing.
