When I can't get my Range Rover serviced with, The dealership Range Rover, my go-to, has been Road Britannia, they offer great pricing and accepts most car manufactory warranties. Road Britannia, is located in Buckhead off Roswell Rd, near The Buckhead Theater. Ryan, has been my point of contact in the past. Ryan, communication about what my Range needs has been fantastic. I trust, The mechanics quality of work over at Rd Britannia. And I'm not without my vehicle for more than six hours depending on what service my Range Rover needs. Road Britannia, has a small nice clean office to wait inside of while your vehicle is being serviced. There are times, when I leave and walk to nearby restaurants or nail salons, steps away, awaiting for my vehicle. Hands down and by far the best mechanic shop and experience one can have given the already painful and expensive engine issue. Blue Ridge, Ed and team worked everyday with my useless extended warranty company and spent hours on the phone with me and the warranty company for couple of months. Finally, after Edward at BRA was finally able to get the adjuster to approve the parts they worked after hours to get my engine repaired and put back together. I recently (9/20/24) spent over $4K to service my 2001 Jaguar. They could not do a test run cause my tags were expired. Today (9/23/24), my husband called to asked if I could bring the car for a test run, which they replied, "she can bring in today". However, once I arrived there and asked if they could test run the car so they could see what I was talking about (At 50mph and above the car was shimmying) they commenced to give excuses why it could not be done today, also denying they told my husband I could bring the car in today. As a professional myself, customer service is key for a successful business. I would think after spending over $4K on repairs, they would have obliged me as the test run was part of the service paid for! I will not be recommending this business nor taking my car back there! read more

I had to replace and engine in a Range Rover and paid them handsomely to perform this. They said they could do it and boy what an experience. I had to take me Range Rover back to them 4 times and they still had my Range Rover for almost 7-8 months and it still was not fixed. There was always an excuse. It got to the point where the Employee said to me, we wish we would have never taken this job on. WTH? What about me ? I wish I would have never taken my car their. I sold the car to a car dealer while it was in the shop at full disclosure. 7 months of no car. This is a process that should have taken a week. If you cant trust your mechanics to do the job then dont take on the job. Also if you cant get the car back in a timely fashion then pay for a rental. Never ever ever again. I am a long time user of their service. I have owned an 2011 LR4 since 2014 and I highly recommend these guys. They are not the cheapest but they do great work and what they did today was incredible for me as a loyal customer. We are leaving for the GA mountains today at 1pm. I smelled coolant coming from the car last night. I brought the vehicle in first thing, 8am. They were able to adjust their schedule of service to look at the truck immediately. Within 20 minutes they were able to identify the problem, a broken water pump. While they were hesitant, I told them I needed the car ready by 12:30pm so I could pack and get on the road...not only did they follow up with a phone call at 10am to discuss the price they also provided a discount on the labor and time based on my loyalty to them, followed up by another phone call at 11:30 to say the car would be ready in 45 minutes...they officially won a customer for life. I am about to head out to go get the truck because it will be done by 12:30!! Great job to their entire team. read more

Had air suspension replaced Drove off went to a local bank Looked under the hood and noticed that the strut bolts were not even securely tightened. I did return to the shop and they secured them and apologized hence 2 stars vs 1 Never went back. Hard to find quality service on exotic vehicles in the Buckhead area I've done a lot better outside of the Buckhead area a lot of scam mechanics or just unqualified/ careless workers. read more

Not trustworthy...at all. If you pay them, make SURE what you told them is repaired. I took back car 3 times to have leak in roof repaired. Each time they gave back to me and said it was done. I don't even think they tried. They told me they "cleaned out the drains", so they still charged me $600, but still leaked. I actually finally figured it out myself and fixed with $10 flex tape. They just don't care...especially after they have your money. read more

I own a 2011 RR Sport and wouldn't go anywhere else for my service! They are always overly accommodating and could not be more transparent as to what repairs are necessary for my car. Absolutely the nicest & HONEST owner /staff / mechanics I've ever had to deal with. I've had my 2008 Land Rover worked on at other locations and was getting close to selling it Bc it was in "bad shape". However when I took it here- all the problems I was having were fixed!!! They even helped explained to me and show me what was going on. If it wasn't for all their help here at Road Britannia my vehicle would've been broken down LONG before this message! I was reluctant to take my full size Range Rover here for an air bag strut issue as I learned that Neil was on vacation when I scheduled a tow truck. Neil had helped me on a previous issue and was honest and straight forward. Basically, they replaced the wrong strut (drivers side) as it was the only one in stock when the RR was towed to their shop. I knew something was fishy when the mechanic looked at both deflated front bags on the truck and predetermined that it was the drivers side strut that was bad. I asked him how he knew this and he said it's always the drivers side... The very next morning, the passenger side strut was deflated and when I called to explain the issue, they accepted no accountability and told me to bring it back. They advised that I would have to wait a couple of days as they didn't have a passenger side strut in stock and I would have to pay the same $970 as I did the day before. I asked them If I could inspect the strut they had replaced and the answer was "no, we don't do that". They also refused to show me any diagnostic information for the vehicle. The attitude was simply atrocious. There was no empathy, no apology, and no interest in doing the right thing! When the cat's away, the mice will rip you off! I phoned Bear Valley in Roswell and spoke to Brett and explained the situation. He too thought it was peculiar that both front bags would fail simultaneously. As a testament to his character, he never said a cross word about Road Britannia. He advised to bring the truck and he would replace the passenger side strut while I waited. Out of goodwill, he even took $300 off the job! read more

Yeah, What a rip off. Took my 1990 RR Classic in because of stalling issues. They did the exact same simple 5 minute trouble shooting tactics I had already done, and then charged me $700 and sent me on my way. They claimed that the issue was resolved. I got about two miles from the shop before I stalled and was broken down. I didn't even bother dealing with them any further. A $700 lesson I hope you never have to learn. Oh, and I had a buddy look at it and determined it was the ignition system. We replaced it in my driveway and been running for about 4 years now with no trouble. read more

Extremely honest, a mechanic that will tell you that it was something easy, rather than concoct repairs not done or needed, like has happened to me with other shops. Have been using them for about 10 years now & now travel to them for repairs even though many shops closer to my new home. These are the words that the owner yelled at me, in a British accent, after I called to ask why after several years of taking my car to them for numerous repairs that I had to continuously return for the same repairs, over and over again: A new sun roof, ( leaked within a year of installation), A drive shaft, (car still wobbles, after 30 days), A lock repair (broke down after 30 days) The owner spoke over me in a rant to explain that the repairs won't work because they installed "used parts". He exclaimed that his staff had warned of the probability of a useless repair, and implied that because we were too cheap to buy new parts that it was our fault that the repair efforts were ineffectual. - Second rate behavior to match the second rate service. read more

I love my 2006 LR3 and any problems I have with the car RB always comes up with the most sensible solution. I had a very negative experience with this firm for repairs to my Range Rover. I was naively lured to save 30% off of the dealer prices. I am a medical professional with a duty of care to my patients (i.e. customers). They put their lives in my hands. Mechanics also have some level of duty- you put your lives in their hands (improper brake job, etc). Would you want your doctor to try to stick you with additional surgeries you didn't need? Get mad at you if you wanted to go get a second opinion? Be rude because you ask too many questions? Botch your surgery and then say it was your fault? Claim expertise in any kind of surgery, whether it is your heart, brain, or toe? Would you want your doctor, fresh out of med school, to claim to have decades of experience because his/her father was also a doctor? You can get all that and more if you take your vehicle here. The reality is this is 2 or 3 guys claiming to repair a dozen lines of vehicles. They are butchers instead of surgeons, and are gentlemen until you hand over the keys to them. I can't recommend where you should go, but can at least tell you where not to. read more

These guys are awesome, and Ill never take my car anywhere else again. First unlike the dealership customer service matters. These guys shake your hand and are very honest with you, they don't try to pull the stuff the dealership tries (you know what I am talking about). Also, these guys really do try their best to make sure your pocket isn't hit hard. I have easily saved 20-40% off all the work I have had done if I had taken it to a dealership instead.
