We were instantly greeted by handsome Dan and got us signed up and going right away. No matter what fitness level you are (Beginner, Novice, or Pro Athlete) or type of fitness you're into (Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Functional, etc) they have got something at North Hill that will get you to your goals. So what really differentiates these guys from the rest? It is simply the people. All the employees are very knowledgeable, passionate, and professional in every aspect. The gym culture both here and there other location (Dungeon Strength Rx) is designed to make you feel like family. Working out at North Hill Fitness has been a real treat and probably one of the best gym-going experiences I've had. The drinking fountain has built up scum around it. The bathroom stalls have dirty filthy floors that do not have quality cleaning around the edges. The stand up urinals are dirty and stained with build up all around them. The showers are easily the dirtiest and grossest I have ever seen. I have been a new member for a few weeks now, and it is easy to see they have no regular or quality cleaning schedule or program. I am in nearly every day and the shower floors continue to build up scum, hair and debris. In the last few weeks I have been here, there is no way they have been cleaned once. Most mornings they have 3 associates behind the counter. Just chatting and doing who knows what. They are polite greeting you and telling you to have a nice day when leaving... If you are desperate for a club near you in Bonney Lake, then bring your water shoes/aqua socks because you do not want your bare feet on those bathroom floors. For the expensive monthly black card dues, this should be a cleaner club. Myself, I will likely be cancelling my membership before the 2nd month dues. I don't want to get sick from catching something.

The woman on the phone said of course and she would set them aside for me. When I went to pick them up, I was informed that they gave them away. When I asked the employee to reach out to staff and ask if they could locate them he shut me down and told me I needed to come in quicker, and it's part of leaving stuff at the gym.

Misleading sales tactics and terrible customer service…read more I came in for a free pass I saw advertised and was pressured into signing up after being told I could cancel and get some money back if it didn't work out. That was not true. When I tried to cancel, I was told I missed a 3-day window that was never disclosed--and I was even blocked from canceling sooner because they don't process cancellations on weekends. Staff was rude, dismissive, and took zero accountability. After reading other reviews, it looks like this is a pattern. I've escalated this and will be filing formal complaints if it's not resolved. Be careful--get everything in writing. Especially all you new NWFIT members. Careeeeful
