After, less that 10,000 miles the treads have lessen to almost none left, the tires are unsafe because they are making loud noises, and I almost loss control when my car skidded and slided, there was a small amount of water in the streets, tires are dangerous and can cause me to have a accident. I have called the business, went to the business emailed the contact, the manager refused to do anything about the tires, all they care about is the money, they don't care about my safety. The business did not contact Hercules, the manufacturer, they refused to do anything about the defective, unsafe, poor quality and horrible tires, this is a horrible bad business and I don't recommend them, they sold me these bad tires and refused to honor the warranty. I don't believe that Gray's has been doing any of the work I paid them for,if they weren't a dealer, they had no right to sale me this junk, I have tried numerous times to resolve these issues, however, they have ignored my emails, my phone calls, I showed the manager the tires and he ignored them. Three other businesses have stated that the tires are bad and need to be replaced one business called Gray's, to tell them about the tires and he didn't want to talk to him, this horrible bad business took my money and are ignoring me,they are rhe worst poor excuse for a business and a so called business, they didn't treat me right as a customer. I absolutely do not recommend this business, because they are not trustworthy and they sold me bad tires and refused to honor the warranty I paid for. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this business bad business practices.

Jenkins Automotive fixed my front left headlight ($40) and then it went dead again 60 days later…read more I brought my car back and the gentleman at the front counter said I would need to buy a whole new light fixture for several hundred dollars. I took my car to Emma's automotive, and they fixed it for free...the mechanic said whoever did the repairs before just didn't put it back together right! Mike Jenkins is a great guy, and I felt he was honest, but the other people there are not honest. One suggested lying to a parts dealer to "save me money". But if they are willing to lie to get cheap parts, what else are they willing to lie about? After the headlight incident, I will not be returning.

In March, my husband and I take my truck in, to have the brakes replaced, my husband told them we…read morewanted metallic brakes. We pick up our truck and they tell us that they have put Ceramics brakes on. My husband didnt agree but we left them on there. We were told they were "supierior" brakes. We were also told we needed to have the front axle resealed. Oh and not to mention that if we didn't have the A.C. compressor replaced it would blow up in our new radiator (which they also replaced) then they came back and said oh no it won't blow up when questioned about it. We get our truck back, and later that afternoon we smell brakes burning. We call Jenkins and tell them that we smell brakes burning they say "oh it's nothing to worry about." Two weeks after we have the axles resealed, we noticed them leaking, we took it to them and they supposedly fixed it. We continue to smell brakes burning for a month. About a week ago, our brakes started smoking. We also noticed that our axle seals are leaking. AGAIN. Due to a lot of research we have learned that ceramic brakes are horrible for heavy duty trucks, which we have a Ford F250 Super Duty. The original brakes put on this truck were semi metallic brake pads. We've since called several mechanics shops and even the Ford dealership and they all suggest NOT to put ceramics brakes on this type of vehicle. Ceramic brakes can easily overheat and severely damage the rotors and calipers on heavy duty trucks. In our case, due to the amount of heat that was put out, our brakes, rotors, calipers and 4wd are all damaged. We had jenkins tow our truck in to look at it all. Now they have replaced the rotors and put the metallic brakes on, but they say its just a coincidence that the calipers have locked up and 4wd doesn't work and it has nothing to do with the overheating of the ceramic brakes and it's not covered under their warranty. But if we want to pay $600 they'll replace the calipers. I do not trust anyone at Jenkins. All they want is money and do not care if they put the wrong parts on your vehicle especially if it means more money for them when you take it back to get it fixed. Also, ceramic brakes are way more expensive than semi metallic, we weren't even offered a refund for the difference.
