The service at RNR was very poor. I bought tires and nice rims from the manager (his own tires) and they were to mount and balance and do an alignment..the alignment was never done.. I ended up taking the tires and wheels back because my car shook uncontrollably with him on it and luckily he gave me the money back and I went elsewhere and bought wheels and tires and they checked my alignment and my car ended up having to have an alignment which told me that they lied to me and I would hate for this to happen to anyone else... You can't trust this place to do what they said they would do. It's very shady company and I would not recommend it to anyone. read more

I stopped by today to get the price for 4 new tires. The salesman asked if I would be using their payment plan or paying cash. When I said I would be paying cash he said if I did that I would not receive all the "free" benefits they offer with the payment plan. Since there is interest charged with the plan, I don't see how anything is free. When he gave me the price I asked which brand of tires that price was for and he said it was their house brand. I ask him to price Michelin tires and even though they had a poster for Michelin tires in their window he said they do not carry them. Everything seemed a little sketchy to me so I left. read more

RNR tire express has dealt with my mom and dad for YEARS I've actually even dealt with RNR when I had my 2 door jeep and they were GREAT! Dewayne Daniel was absolutely one of the BEST workers they had.. since he has been gone we've dealt with a gentleman named "manny" I decided a couple months ago that I wanted to get a bigger lift and decided to have RNR put that said lift on for me.. manny explained to me that it would probably be about a "few days" well those "few days" turned into 2 weeks WITHOUT MY VEHICLE! THEN once I got it back my steering stabilizer was moved, I almost got into a wreck pulling out of the parking lot bc I could not turn AT ALL to the left, thank god my daughter was not with me, also stripped a lug nut trying to put my wheels back on. So as far as them "mechanics" working on my wrangler again they can kiss it. Then come to about a month later Matthew Oliver sold his wheels and tires off his truck and decided to go to RNR bc he's dealt with them before with his f150 and TRUSTED THEM! Well as they're putting the wheels and tires on and matthew is signing paper work they come to tell him one of the wheels are bent and they can't balance them. Manny told him that it would probably be a week for a new one to come in so matthew agreed. Here we are in AUGUST matthew still does not have a new wheel RNR has failed to call him and let him know what is going on and he's always had to call him and sit on hold for 10+ minutes. Fast forward to today matthew calls RNR and speaks with "Matt" the "MANAGER" Matthew tells matt that his truck is shaking so bad that the steering wheel almost shakes out of his hand and Matt the "manager" straight up calls him a liar. Never let's matthew speak always interrupts the customer and then hung up on the customer THREE times and when matthew tried to call back his number was blocked which is FAR from professional service. Manny has told matthew multiple times that he could get him a new set. Does manny ever calls to set up the appointment or even call to let matthew know what's going on.. NOPE! Not one phone call has been made to matthew from rnr it's always been matthew calling them. RNR has went down hill over the years and now it's bullshit. Every worker there tells you what you want to hear and that's it. Don't go there. Stay away. They blow your phone up . My husband went in and PD 2 weeks. They took the money then blows up my phone saying we still owe 9$ or they are cancelling our contract. But yet if he was short 9$ they should have never taken the money. This place is not worth the headache. The location on Chapman hwy in Knoxville is God awful. read more

This company is an absolute s-hole of a company, missed a few payments due to unemployment and they wouldn't do anything to help me and when they came to repossessed tires because I wasn't able to make payments they damaged my vehicle and when I tried to find out why they said this happens when we repossess our property but you are liable for those damages, if you need tires you're better off going to Walmart or discount tires this company is trash and treats their customers like garbage read more

I wouldn't even give them one star. I called them I told them I had a Ford 250 and needed a alignment. I also told them that it's a pretty big truck if they were be able to do the alignment they told me to bring it down and they will check. I brought it down. They went outside and checked and told me that they could do it then I asked him how long it would take. They told me an hour, so I sat there for two hour and nothing they haven't even started on it so I had my brother pick me up and I was gonna wait until they were done then they called me back an hour later telling me that they can't even do it because it's to big for there little shop. Then he told me that he's not gonna charge me for anything. WOW YOU WASTE MY TIME THEN DON'T EVEN APOLOGIZE I WOULD NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!! read more

I cannot express how impressed I was at RNR Tire Express, just now. When my regular auto shop changed my Hyundai's oil and rotated its tires, the mechanic mentioned that I would need to replace the tires relatively soon. This shocked me because I had gotten new tires only 6 months prior at RNR. When I went into RNR today to ask about the warranty on the tires, Duane was incredibly professional and patient. After checking the tires, he voluntarily took the time to educate me on how the wear pattern occurred, and how to mitigate future wear. Many places fix the problem for you and simply send you out the door. When I mentioned how far I drive for work and school, and that I had requested more durable tires, Duane apologized. He said that the person who had assisted me in the purchase of the tires was no longer an employee for various reasons, but he courteously moved on without speaking negatively of the former employee. I was most impressed that Duane stated "wherever you get your tires replaced at," when giving his recommendation for replacement of tires with higher miles. It feels like most businesses try to shove their products and services down your throat! It was very refreshing to not have such an experience. The building was clean with a comfortable waiting area, and I heard some humorous banter among the diligent staff (: Needless to say, I will be returning to RNR for all future tire needs. read more

I purchased a Groupon for tire alignment at RNR, made an appointment, and went in to get it done. Even with my appointment it still took four hours. Afterwards I went and bought two brand new tires to replace the ones worn out by the alignment as it was before. But 26 days later my friend points out that my new tires were also worn unevenly and already worn down to the belt. So I went back to RNR for another alignment. This time it only took three hours but when I left I could immediately tell my truck was still driving badly. After speaking with my mechanic I went back to RNR to ask for the receipt with the adjustment numbers listed on it, which they conveniently forgot to give me both times. They beat around the bush awhile before telling me they couldn't align tires that were bad. Never once did anyone say anything like that before, they just wasted my time to the sum total of 7 hours, risked my own personal safety and my family's by pretending they did work on my vehicle, TWICE. And even though I had just bought two new tires less than a month before, now I needed FOUR new tires. Seeing as how untrustworthy RNR is I went to Goodyear for my third alignment of the month and even as a walk-in I was out of there in a half hour. I have a 2017 Nissan Versa Note. I initially took my car to the Nissan dealership downtown, because that's where I bought it and because I've got what I thought was an excellent warranty. Nissan wanted $86 for an alignment and they said I needed a balance too for something like $60. Needless to say I did some research to find a better deal. I found RNR Tire Express and they did my alignment for $40 and in less than 20 minutes. The men there were very professional, explained everything that was happening with my vehicle and let me know I didn't need a balance unless my seat or steering wheel was vibrating when driven. It wasn't. This establishment has excellent prices and they're honest. I highly recommend them! read more

As someone who works in the automotive industry personally, I am disgusted with how you treat your customers. My husband came in asking about getting new tires and rims for his truck, (not our first time getting this done, as he has owned over a DOZEN trucks in his lifetime so far and has done this same exact thing to most of them) and when he told them what he wanted, they told him he was stupid for wanting that, it was not possible without a lift kit, etc. They continuously argued with him about it saying how much of an idiot he was. A business who calls their customers derogatory terms? Really? Again, this is not our first rodeo, we know what we want done, and if it is too much of a hassle, a simple no would have sufficed. I would not recommend this business to ANYONE. I am honestly appalled and will make sure to let my companions and customers in the auto world know. We will be taking our truck up to Franklin NC to have them done for the foreseeable future, because again, what he was asking for is not unreasonable, and we have plenty of other places we have called willing to do it. If you cannot do, or are unwilling to do something, just say no and be done with it. read more

I looked at my card statement today 5/11/18 and found they have been taking money from my card for that account without my authority for the last 3 weeks. My name is no where on the account. This business stores your card information without your knowledge and uses it at their discretion without notifying the card holder. read more

The people that work here have excellent customer service. Every time I come here they're always in a great mood & upbeat.
