I was excited to visit Rodeo X to watch the Mexico soccer match, but unfortunately the experience…read morewas disappointing due to the lack of structure and leadership. We arrived early, yet many tables were being saved for people who hadn't even arrived, leaving paying customers who arrived early with nowhere to sit. I asked for a manager's assistance and was told there was no policy against saving seats. Although I was told someone would come help at least find 1 seat so I can sit and enjoy dinner and the game at game time, no one ever did. As the evening went on, people brought in lawn chairs, oversized bags from the grocery store with alcohol, and created their own seating areas with little to no oversight. For a heavily promoted event with a large crowd and alcohol being served, I expected visible management and better crowd control. Instead, I was told the manager had taken the day off to watch the game at home. Leadership sets the tone. When there is a lack of structure, people create their own rules. Structure and set rules can create a more orderly environment that may provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for everyone. The evening ended with the TV glitching out in the final few minutes of the game crowd started chanting and complaining then a large fight. During the fight a gun was drawn, people panicked, running and pushing to get out. It was a frightening and chaotic situation. I hope Rodeo X uses this as an opportunity to strengthen its leadership, crowd management, and planning for future large events. I genuinely felt bad for the relatively young employees. They were polite and appeared to be doing their best while managing a packed venue and a bar with a 45-minute wait just to order a drink. They shouldn't have been put in that position without experienced leadership and adequate support during such a large, heavily promoted event. Lastly, I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to the Ontario police officers who responded so quickly. They were able to detain the gunman and others involved in the fight. Their swift response brought a sense of calm to a frightening situation and allowed me to leave feeling much safer.

Came here on a last minute Friday night plan and honestly, the vibes did not disappoint. Right from…read morethe start, we were welcomed by a friendly security guard at the entrance, which set the tone. Ladies, just a heads up, they do check your purses before entry, and there's a $10 cover per person. I highly recommend getting a table if you can. There's a minimum spend. For us, it was $125 for food and drinks, but it's worth it to have a spot to sit, relax, and actually enjoy the band and the view of the dance floor without hovering around. The live band was so much fun. Everyone was out there line dancing to both country and pop songs, and the energy was contagious. Even if you don't know the dances, it's still a blast to watch and soak in the positive high energy crowd. Next time, I'm definitely coming earlier to learn a few moves and fully join in. They have two food menus plus a drink menu. Food wise, it was decent. I ordered the ranch steak burger (cooked medium) with fries, and it was a good solid choice. The warm campfire chocolate cookie with vanilla ice cream was a nice sweet treat to end the night. Service is where this place really shines. From the security to the staff to even the guests, everyone was incredibly welcoming. You can tell there are a lot of regulars, and it creates this friendly, almost community like atmosphere. Our waitress (I didn't catch her name) was amazing. She was super attentive, constantly checking in, clearing the table, chatting with us, and just giving off the warmest energy while still being quick and efficient. Overall, the people truly make this place. Great music, fun crowd, and an all around good time. Already looking forward to coming back. Next time with better planning and maybe a few line dance moves ready

Best part is that you can request songs, so if you only know 5 songs so far like me, come early to write them on the list so that you're not just sitting on the sideline all night. The bar & food are pretty darn good. Solid nachos and french fries def good munchies while you're drinking and waiting for your next song! We reserved a table for a birthday on a Saturday, had to spend at least $350 for the booth. The food food was really good though, my favorites were the scallops. Cocktails and shots were served throughout the night, plus the booth had prime seating watching the dance floor. Overall a great place to celebrate!

Safe Haven for great food!…read more I love Haven City Market. It's an outdoor food court with lots to offer. I enjoy the idea of being able to go to different places and sample an item from everywhere lol That's so fun. I basically did that on my recent visit lol I hit the shrimp shack, sticky mango and the pupusa place. All were great! I would eat the shrimp tacos and sticky mango again. Service was good too. The shrimp tacos too a long time, but that's alright. Ambiance is busy and loud. It's a food court, so people are walking around to different areas. This location is located off Haven Avenue and has a large parking lot. Depending on the events it can get crowded and a bit congested. When it's too busy it's probably awesome for the businesses but it creates long lines and difficulty finding seating and outdoor parking. Many of the restaurants have bright colors and neon signs advertising their products. I like that there's a variety of foods to choose from and that some places offer vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian options, which can sometimes be difficult to locate. Overall it's a nice place to visit with family or friends.

The important thing to know is that if you come during the holidays or on a weekend, it will be busy. The good thing is, as long as you don't mind parking on the very upper levels and walking a bit, I've always been able to find parking. But if you don't like walking at all, this probably isn't the center for you, and there's a lot of walking if you want to explore everything! What I love about this center is that you have everything from Nordstrom to Target, literally! You can find some very unique restaurants, along with typical chains, so there's something for everyone. We'll occasionally see a movie here as well, but that's another review. What impresses me the most is how well-maintained and clean everything is. Even the elevators in the parking garages are graffiti-free, which is very unusual. Now, not all the locations have maintained their interiors as well, but that's on them and not the Irvine Spectrum. My favorite time to come is still in December. We've always found the night atmosphere to have a lot of great energy. And yes, there are a lot of teens who hang around and have loud fun; they're harmless and add to the energy.

There were bands playing great live music in different areas, which made the atmosphere so lively and fun. There were also so many different stations set up throughout the mall where families could participate in activities together. This is truly one of the best places for kids and teenagers. There is so much to see and do, and it's a great place for families to spend the day. I especially loved how there was something happening throughout the entire center rather than just one main event. Definitely a fun spot to visit if you're looking for entertainment, activities, and a great family atmosphere.

It's an amateur rodeo, so a lot of bronco and bull riders weren't completing their rides, but it was $20 to get in. Also several kid events that were pretty cute. The website said....no outside food or drinks. No one checked anything. It said to get there early to get a grandstand seat. There was plenty of seats, even in the shade. It also said they would have a burger pop-up restaurant. They did not. They had a concussion stand with $5 hot dogs and nachos, $3 waters, $6 lagers and seltzers. It was hot so we had a couple drinks, then did a late night dinner. Oh, parking in the rodeo lot was a nightmare. It was $20 and no one helped cars get out onto the road, so we sat in the lot forever. Rookie mistake.
