We were searching for golf carts for some time. Last Saturday morning, we stopped by RMI Golf Carts. We were helped by Matt. We test drove a couple of golf carts. They have brand new ones, and used ones that look new. Matt was friendly and very knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything. He came off as an honest seller. This is one of the main reasons why we went ahead and purchased one from them. We added some features to our golf cart like mirrors and JBL speakers. We got it delivered in less than a week as promised by Matt. We are very happy with our delivery service as well. Josh and Matt are great people to work with! They also service golf carts here. Bought my EZGO Elite from RMI a bit over a year ago. Steering started to rattle so they sent a guy out to look at it. He couldn't figure it out, so no charge. Thought I might be able to just get used to the noise but I couldn't so they took it into the shop. Turned out the problem was due to the kind of tires EZGO put on the cart. Matt replaced the tires with the proper ones for no charge. Runs smother, and no more annoying rattle! Thanks for standing by your product Matt! read more

Purchased my cart in June 2016. Cart was a 2013 EZGO RXV that we had refurbished. We were told that the cart would include New Trojan Batteries. We were told to expect 4-5 years of battery life with Trojan. The first battery failed after 16 months. Now in just 2.5 years of ownership, this replacement battery and the other 3 original batteries have also failed (cart struggled to complete 9 holes of golf). Water levels were checked monthly. Have 2 buddies that have also had to have their "New Trojan Batteries" replaced in just a little over 2 years. fyi...replacing 4 batteries ran me just under $1000. Will not go back to RMI. read more

We have bought used and new electric carts from RMI over the years. Just bought their Lithium Batter Ez-Go and it is amazing. Whether you have an old cart or new they treat you fairly. They have a fantastic and prompt service department and truly treat people right. Their costs for service is fair with other competitors, but hey win out in quality and timeliness. I would highly recommend them for purchase and service on your carts. read more

Spent over $1,000 for repairs and they didn't even wash the cart after it sat under a tree on their lot and was covered with bird droppings.

I seldom post reviews but what fantastic service! I scheduled service to come to my home for my golf cart and not only did Matt, the president of RMI call me to discuss my issue and come up with a plan, but when a mishap occurred with service he went above and beyond to make it right. Service guy showed up with the wrong type of batteries for my cart, no really fault of theirs. Matt had him go to the shop and drive back to my home that same day which is over 40 miles round trip and had them installed as promised the same day. I've had my cart serviced at RMI for years and look forward to doing more business with them. Top notch place! read more
