While trying to communicate with an employee named Kevin, he was extremely rude and told them to "speak English." The way he spoke to them made them feel singled out and disrespected because of their language and background. My parents were so uncomfortable with the interaction that they decided to leave the store. Other employees were present and witnessed what happened. We contacted O'Reilly corporate to report the incident and gave them an opportunity to address the situation, but after about a month, we still have not received a meaningful response or resolution. Regardless of what language a customer speaks, they deserve to be treated with patience and respect. This experience was unacceptable, and we will not be returning to this location.

BEWARE. I processed an online order at this Best Buy on Saturday. It was in stock and would be…read moreready to pick up in 1 hour so I purchased it. The hour goes by as well as the evening and still no notice to pick it up. Fast forward to Sunday after store opens, the status is still "preparing order". I called and spoke to an employee who said the product is coming from another store and will be ready in 4-5 days. I decided to cancel the order and was told they could do that and I could expect a refund in 7-10 days. When I told him I would call my bank to dispute the charge, he quickly said that wouldn't be necessary because they haven't finalized processing the charge ....checking my bank the charge is in pending status on my bank account. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call me within 4 days. Based on this experience, I will never shop Best Buy again....online or walk in. I feel this was a bait and switch situation, very dishonest practice and despicable customer service. I know the employee was doing his job and that this was a company level Best Buy issue so I don't (and didn't) fault him for this experience.
