I was recommended ServPro by another company who didn't do attics, I explained what was going on. I indicated that I wanted to have someone come out and do an inspection and talk to me about how serious it is. I indicated that I was planning on replacing the roof within the next 10months, and was hoping to get input on what needed to get remediated, and when, and if the mold was in the trusses enough, i those needed to get replaced, did they have the number of an engineer I could talk with. They said, "Yes of course of course, we'll send someone out tomorrow morning. But just so you know, our initial visit is $250". I'm thinking that's okay, I'm going to get an expert out here and get some good feedback and guidance and figure out what to do. NO. They send some kid who doesn't say two words, gets up in the attic, takes a few pictures.. DOESNT even take a specific picture of where the mold is bad the trusses that I pointed out.... and is gone in 10 minutes. Absolutely horrible.
