We interviewed 3 successful local agents and chose Kevin and Amy to represent us in the sale of our primary residence. They demonstrate exceptional professionalism in every step of the transaction. Before the property is listed: They get to work right from the first moment we met at the property by quickly and carefully surveyed the property with a genuine interest to learn about the property, they look for any potential inspection issues up front, and provide advice on things we could easily do to improve the presentation of the property. They have in-depth knowledge of the trending of the local market and how to properly price the property for sell. They are able to provide us with an excellent and reasonably priced staging referral and help coordinate in the process. They are able to bring in top notch professional photography and professionally written property description. Every step of the preparation is so well-thought out and they make it effortless for their clients. Once our property was listed, They held open house for two consecutive weekends, both Sat and Sunday. The open house generated successful turnout and multiple offers. They also tried to be there at every showing given enough notice. Amy always provided us with immediate updates at the end of each open house and an easy to read comparative summary of the offers received. Communication, whether it's verbal, written or paperwork, is always timely, efficient, meticulous and courteous. They truly stand out when issues arise between buyers and sellers and deals almost fall apart. Kevin was able to give us pivotal guidance at that moment and they are able to renegotiate to put the deal back on track and follow through. We are truly impressed with Kevin and Amy and would not hesitate to choose them again. Highly recommend!

There are plenty of realtors out there, but every once in a while you meet someone who is in a…read morecompletely different league. That's Lisa DiNoto. Lisa helped us buy our home in California 11 years ago, and I honestly didn't expect much else from her once we got the keys based on previous experiences with other realtors. However, with Lisa, that was just the beginning. Over the years she's stayed in touch, celebrated milestones with our family, and continued to show us that we were more than just another transaction. Whether it was baseball tickets, dropping off thoughtful gifts at the house, or surprising our kids with the Kona Ice truck one blazing hot summer day, Lisa has always found ways to make us feel appreciated. She did all of that without ever expecting anything in return or knowing that there might be another transaction in the future. That's rare, and it says a lot about the kind of person she is. When life took us in a different direction and we had to sell our home before moving out of state, there wasn't even a conversation about who we were going to call. We knew we wanted Lisa in our corner. Selling a home from halfway across the country could have been one of the most stressful experiences our family has gone through. Instead, Lisa took care of everything she possibly could, handled every detail that didn't require us to be there in person, kept us informed from start to finish, and made the entire process feel manageable. She got our home under contract and to closing faster than we ever expected, and she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel surprisingly easy. The thing that sets Lisa apart isn't just her knowledge of real estate. It's the way she genuinely cares about the people she works with. She treats her clients like friends, follows through on what she says, and works incredibly hard to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. She even offered to interview potential realtors in our new location to help us pick the right one! If you're buying or selling a home, I can't recommend Lisa DiNoto highly enough. You'll have an experienced realtor guiding you every step of the way, but more importantly, you'll have someone who truly cares about you and your family. Looking back over the last 11 years, I can honestly say choosing Lisa was one of the best decisions we made.

Whether it was representing a double ended negotiation and bringing in one of her team members to represent the other side, referrals for work prior to listings, and in general going above and beyond on all fronts. My exhausting phone calls with multiple questions and ideas were always welcomed, I was never made to feel that I was taking up too much of her time. She always took my call or returned it within minutes and walked us through every step of the way and assured us that the final outcome would be a sale we would be happy with. Lisa is one of the rare individuals that are exceptional at her craft she is very knowledgeable and in tune with the market, this reflects on the final outcome. Specific marketing strategies along the line of social media, mailings, and personal calls to area agents, when both sales were not near her local area. These strategies demonstrate that she will do what needs to be done to make her clients comfortable ad happy. Lisa went out of her way driving roughly and hour each way many times to our last sale, only to ensure things were perfect for showings or whatever was needed. Topping the pool off blowing the leaves off driveways porches and so much more. She takes a position of ownership that gives you a feel of its own. When trusting an agent with what is usually the most important and expensive transaction of your life it's a pleasure to see a non-biased perspective. When Lisa would recommend to not lower our price or holding firm on negotiating, this would be questionable for any agent when they have a stake or compensation pending. She displayed an accountable moral compass directing us to what would be best for us and our situation. This is something that exceeds any other realtor or agent from our perspective. Lisa truly is an expert in aspect, and we appreciated her so much for all she did for us we know we will be working with her again in the near future. I Strongly recommend Lisa and her team if you are looking to buy or sell a home! If I could give her more than five stars we would.

It's hard to imagine any realtor being better than Ciera Sims. She is LITERALLY the best!…read more She's honest, upfront, professional, intelligent, and simply the best in her craft. My husband and I had a budget and with ease she stuck to it. We had ideas on what we wanted for our first home and she made it happen! We were able to purchase our dream home because we had a hell of a realtor. She fought for us and was aggressive in getting us the best deal possible. We saved over $14k because of her genius. When she says she does this full time, she means it! I loved knowing that she continues to attend seminars and workshops to stay up to date with her craft. She loves what she does and it shows through her hard work and dedication to her clients. When our close of escrow date got closer, my husband and I found out she had been working with lots of other clients at the same time she was working with us. I was shocked because of how much time she spent answering our questions at all hours of the day. She made us feel like we were her "one and only" when really she's just naturally a crazy little worker bee. We are first time home buyers and after having her as our realtor I can easily say she is welcome in our home any time because she made this entire experience a dream come true. Studies show buying a home and moving is one of the most stressful times in people's lives. Ciera rises up against those statistics seemingly with ease. Having Ciera Sims as a realtor means having the best of the best PERIOD. #soldbysims

From the very…read morebeginning, our realtor, Kyle Yaross, gave us the best first impression and immediately stood out from every other realtor we had spoken with. While others seemed focused on getting us to commit and jump into the process right away, he never pressured us. Instead, he earned our trust and our business simply by being genuine, patient, and truly interested in helping us find the perfect property. As first-time homebuyers purchasing both our first home and a rental property, there was so much about the process that was completely new to us. Kyle walked us through every step, answered all of our questions, explained things when we didn't understand, and made sure we always felt comfortable and informed about the decisions we were making. He consistently went above and beyond for us. Whether it was pulling multiple lists of properties that matched exactly what we were looking for, or spending an entire day taking us from property to property, he was always helpful, patient, and somehow always had a smile on his face. We never felt rushed or like we were just another client. What we appreciated most was that we genuinely felt like he cared about finding the right property for us, not just making a sale. His genuine interest in what we wanted is what earned our trust and commitment to working with him, and that meant so much to us with something as important as purchasing our first home and investment property. We honestly couldn't imagine having gone through this experience with anyone other than Kyle. He made such an important milestone in our lives an incredibly positive and memorable experience, and we are beyond grateful for everything he did for us. We would recommend Kyle without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, patient, genuine, and truly cares about his clients. Thank you Kyle for helping us find the perfect place to call home, helping us take our first step, and for being such an important part of this journey!

Don Mowery spent 90 or more minutes on the property where he measured, walked, photographed and evaluated the premises. He was on time, completely professional and easy to speak with. Although comparisons were difficult, which we knew ahead of time, he found 7 properties that had changed hands in recent years and that had similarities with the property at hand.
