The first time that they came out to fix the door, the old woman in the office did have my key. As I stated previously, all she needed to do was call. I could have had half of the stuff loaded in my car within minutes but common sense is obviously lacking. The whole situation could have been avoided if she had called at that time instead of waiting until after they left. Instead she waited and was very rude in refering to my items as "junk".
