Oh you have been grossly misinformed. I cancelled ONCE. I was sick, my bad. Maybe you should talk to your staff about also lying to you. The point is, if your staff had called me I, I could have been there in 5 minutes and had half of the stuff out of there in a matter of minutes. I stick with my original post, thank you.
Maybe I should call H& W out for their lies too. I can guarantee that I did not cancel on them as they were "waiting there". As you can tell, I edited to one star since you're so argumentative. The first time that they came out to fix the door, the old woman in the office did have my key. As I stated previously, all she needed to do was call. I could have had half of the stuff loaded in my car within minutes but common sense is obviously lacking. The whole situation could have been avoided if she had called at that time instead of waiting until after they left. Instead she waited and was very rude in refering to my items as "junk". read more
