I've always had tight shoulders from workouts and computer work and a hip that can't quite align even with consistent chiropractics, so I mentioned that but Yahia also did his own assessment and made sure to address my concerns and anything he noticed. I was amazed and so appreciative of how much time and effort Yahia made into trying to get my hips back into alignment, but he never skipped an area and it felt like a perfect combination of relaxing full body massage and more intensive bodywork. When it comes to the space and location, it couldn't be more ideal. When it comes to massages, parking is always a potential pet peeve of mine because I never want to be intensely stressed out right before trying to relax. This place was so easy to get to with a private lot and the space was incredible with a beautiful blend of essential oils. The pre-, during, and post-massage was all one beautiful vibe that I didn't want to end. If you're looking for an incredible massage from a kind and genuine person who really listens to your concerns (and insanely reasonable rates to boot) then look no further and reach out to Yahia!

Wow- where to begin?…read more I've experienced plenty of bodyworkers and massage therapists over the decades, but I knew from my first visit that Jess was in a class of his own. He is a highly trained, intuitive and skillful healer with strong hands and an enthusiastic passion for his work in helping people to feel better/integrated in their bodies. I've had a chronic issue with my left piri formis and hip area, which apparently engages other muscles and tendons, creating a complex mess of chronic ache and pain. After my second 'structural reprogramming' session yesterday, upon returning home I found my body felt flooded with what I can only describe as "profound relief". It was visceral. He's a great guy and a dedicated professional. I am SO very grateful to have found him.

After nearly a year of trying to recover…read morefrom the effects of a car accident and dealing with ongoing issues in my joints, muscles, and overall mobility, this has been by far the most effective bodywork I have ever experienced. I noticed a significant difference after the very first session. By the third session, the improvement in my overall condition was remarkable - more progress than I had felt from many other attempts at recovery over the previous year. What really stands out is the level of knowledge, attention, and intuition behind the work. Manny has an exceptional understanding of anatomy and how different parts of the body affect one another. He listens carefully not only to what you tell him, but to what the body itself is communicating. He identifies problem areas almost immediately, including areas I didn't even realize were contributing to the issue, and approaches the treatment comprehensively rather than simply focusing on one painful spot. The massage is extremely precise, thoughtful, and effective. You can genuinely feel that he understands what he is doing and why he is doing it. For me, the results have been substantial, and I can confidently say this is the most effective massage therapy I have ever received.
