I found Francis through an online search because of the many positive reviews, and during our first interaction he was friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. He ordered the part directly from Acura and quoted me a fair price. My car was ready the following day, but when I arrived to pick it up, Francis informed me that my vehicle had been involved in an accident while in his care. He explained that another driver had been speeding through the parking lot and crashed into him. He gave me the other driver's information, and I contacted him immediately. The other driver gave a very different version of events. He stated that he was backing out of a parking space and did not see Francis. He also told me that Francis provided his driver's license information but refused to share insurance information. Now, more than a month later, I still have a damaged vehicle and have not received insurance information from Francis despite multiple phone calls, text messages, and outreach from Mercury Insurance. I trusted this shop to take care of my car, not return it to me in worse condition and leave me responsible for a $500 deductible. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and urgency. Francis acted as though this situation was not a major concern and repeatedly assured me that the other driver would "take care of it," which has not happened. According to the other driver, Francis even asked him to change the story about what happened. I chose this business because of its strong reviews and the image Francis presents, but my experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I believe customers deserve honesty, transparency, and responsibility when their vehicle is in someone else's care.

Local Transmission shops said they hadn't seen a 200-4R in years and as for the Big Name 200-4R Mega Stage Famous Shops some wouldn't return my call's or emails and others just dropped the ball (they forgot me, they said). I called "Turbo Lou" and he said Julian - owner of Four c's - was the best he's found. Julian took the time to try discuss my 200-4R and each time I called back had complete notes on each conversation. I made an appointment, made the 2,100 mile drive with my sick 200-4R and a spare 200-4R to have Julian rebuild also, for back-up (in case he ever retired). Come to find out Julian does ALL the work himself (that's cool) and told me not to waist my money on a back-up 200-4R as once he was done with my sick trans it would out last me. Julian under promises and over delivers... the transmission works flawlessly and he repaired & replaced some jerry-rigged things I had going and diagnosed my vibration (12 degree positive pinion angle) which was correct. He shows you all the parts he replaces, fool proof's the T.V. Cable setup (so even I can't screw it up), basically gives you a birth certificate on your new member of the family. I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. I got a free car wash at the was station next door, full service, and they did a great wash. I am already planning my next visit with them. I will update review in the future.
