I finally decided that my yard needed some major work and I could no longer take care of it myself. In the past I have been burned by some vendors that did not follow through or finish the job as to what we had agreed upon. After the first consultation with Steve I felt really good about the plan that we had agreed upon and was excited to see my yard become what I always wanted it to be. I can go on and on about every specific detail of things planted, things removed, or how awesome my property now looks. Everything looks great. What i think is the most important part about the experience that I had and will have going forward is peace of mind. I corresponded with Steve often as the plan of agreed upon expectations took shape. If i had a tweak or a question he responded promptly. If I was unable to verbally get my thoughts across he came over and we walked through the steps of what I wanted and was looking for. When Rizzo Masonry and Landscaping is on my property I have no worries about the look and completion of work. If i have a question I have no worry that it will go unanswered. Steve and I have discussed a plan for this upcoming spring and I know that when the time comes Rizzo will come through for my family and I. Great work, better customer service. I contacted Rizzo after years of frustration. While other companies could barely be bothered to return an e-mail or phone call, Steve responded right away to help fix some stairs that had started to fall apart over the years. They were great! We needed to have our front and side walkways replaced and addd an apron to the front of our garage. Steve was so patient as I made him come back to go over all the details since we wouldn't be present during the beginning of the work. We came home such a nice surprise.
