Omg! Went here while I was visiting Fayetteville and I was so pleased with everything. Very simple salon, clean and tech savvy! You sign in on the iPad and get emailed receipts etc... They also send reminder text messages for future threading services. I'm so mad that I live in Maryland because I have yet to find an esthetician that can do my eyebrows as good as Riya did them! She was great!!! She didn't thin them down like most people do. They looked so good that I didn't even need to fill them in! Love, love, love!!! Riya's is more a 3.8. Riya herself is awesome (5 stars) and does a WONDERFUL job. However, not every threader has her same standards. I've left here with a perfect shape, came back 2-3 weeks later to have someone thin my eyebrows out instead of just cleaning them up. Then have to grow my brows out again. If this place had consistency and/or you could actually catch Riya each time it would be a 5 star place for sure. read more

Worst service ever! If I could give zero stars I would! I knew opening up after the COVID-19 lockdown for this place was going to be a sh*t show. Especially when I saw on Facebook live that they were taking walk-ins and appointments. First of all, the man that was checking people in was rude and talked over me when I was explaining to him how I made an appointment online yesterday. He just assumed I made an appointment on a day when they were closed and told me to sign in on his waiting list that was an 1.5 hour wait. I had to bring it to his attention again that I had an appointment that I made online for 12:45 PM TODAY and he still acted like he was not understanding what I was saying. He finally checked his online directory and found where I made the appointment online. Second, when a random person comes in and hollers out that they had an appointment at 1:15 PM or later they just let them cut in front of you for no consideration for the others who have had appointments ahead of this time. Almost like they were scared to tell people to wait their turn. Third, They had a long list of walk-ins and appointments that they could not manage. Only 2 people were working at the Ramsey location, which was the owner Riya and some other girl, because they closed their other location. The other girl did my eyebrows, but she acted like she was scared for her life when I asked her to shape them in a way that was even and made sense. Mind you my eyebrows look awful and so not worth the $10! When she was done, she had her back turned towards me and would not say let's go up to the register and pay. I had to ask her what am I supposed to do next after she shoves some cooling gel in my hand and told me to put it on myself. They are just being greedy for cash! Misleading hours of operation. I've been a customer here for 3yrs and today was the first time I was turned away. As the manager if you decide to turn custoers away 17mins before you close than change your hours. I've sat in the seat with 5mins to closing and she never turned people away, which is why i was shocked with todays hours. Even during Christmas holiday season she extended her hours. But today decided to close at 6:33pm when clearly its posted to close at 7pm. read more

Best eyebrow threading ever!! I started getting my eyebrows threaded about 5 years ago, and I've tried many different salons and different people. Riya has been the best, by far!! She immediately understood how I like my eyebrows, and was able to execute my requests. After threading in other salons, I would go home and have to pluck the strays, but Riya is very particular and detailed.
