Leaving a meaningful necklace to be repaired at JJ was an unfortunate decision …read more I got a piece that meant VERY much to me not only damaged- it got 2 inches short - Customer service didn't matter, feels like the attitude is : customer and item could easily be replaced . Besides denying facts and not taking responsibility . When i dropped off my necklace I asked the owner to measure it, "18 inches " he said and I looked, SAW it with my own eyes . 18" it was. Few days later I picked it up with 200% trust on this new found business , only to get home, put back my necklace and notice it was shorter, when measured it was just a tad over 16 inches, NOT 18" ! I called them right away, had to go back to their shop for them to believe me ! And then deny the fact that somehow my necklace got shorter in theIR shop. Juan denied He measured it . They could've said " we had to repair it that way " " mistake or loss happens " whatever ! it was a stressful experience How could I trust JJ again? I was supposed to go back to them for the "extension " but I took it to another jeweler in town and it was confirmed i got screwed, I sent my necklace back to Tiffany , their repair department will get my necklace back to the original length 18 inches , paying the original seller across the country feels safer despite the time lost - timeline happened to matter too- but I rather do that than take something to this biz again, I might be just another customer but one that sadly wanted to support a local business and was let down. I did sent them a message indicating I was having to pay for something they damaged but I got no response from Janeth.

He's great at pushing you just enough to grow without ever making things feel overwhelming. We've worked on everything from Chopin to Bill Evans, and he's helped me to actually understand the theory behind the music--not just play the notes. He also got me into listening to jazz, reading about music, and just thinking about it in a deeper way. Even with a packed schedule, I always looked forward to lessons and made progress fast. This school isn't just about piano--it's about becoming part of a creative, curious music community. Highly recommend.

For the parents who were told that their son's talents in science and math, we care even more about the cultivation and inspiration in art and music education, at his 10-year-old stage, on-going and persistent, on the right track, so to naturally and capably falling into another beautiful and profound world, MUSIC, like one's life long asset, where he could release for self-entertainment, self-satisfaction, or to indulge in to become one's career. Teacher Vera realized our wish. I was so grateful to have found her, the best of the best, finally. She is a rare but all-in-one mentor who covers the materials such as Kindermusik, Yamaha Piano programs, etc, theories, techniques, dynamics, music stories, performance practice and recital. Not only that, she is an incredible magician, who unleashes my son's potential to believe in what he didn't think he could have played but he could play well by heart-- that only took 3 months. One thing really matters Teacher Vera brought in: train my son to be self-disciplined, practice the piano 5 days a week and then self-motivated to want to play it more!! It's tough and challenging for all the teachers and parents who want to plant that seed in our children. Teacher Vera has that power to have motivated our son to build up that practice habit. We're so happy to see that the desirable improvements and progresses is happening to my son's piano learning with Vera. She is the best of the best!! We believe that in long-run, all the lessons, the activities and the related with Teacher Vera will benefit our son tremendously for life long. Last but not least, the comments posted here I checked up are all very true so no need to repeat here. Thank you so so much and beyond, Teacher Vera!!
