To keep this short two of the major flaws were inconsistencies in what information was provided and the fees for services. I noticed an error in what I should have recieved after my final mortgage payment and other fees were paid before closing. The cost of everything was read to me several times, but they failed to mention the $10,000+ service fee that I found out about during closing. I was initially told their was no service fee and the company would get paid by charging high renovation fees to the buyer. I had a discussion about the charges and the falsified information provided to me. However, they refused to do the right thing and reimburse me. I was totally taken advantage of during a challenging and frustrating time. Their should have been a service fee but it should have been stated and written in the contract.
