Many have already left, and many of the remaining members are looking elsewhere as the conditions worsen at the gym daily it seems. The staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, she kept repeating "policy" without offering any real explanation or solution. To make matters worse, the location itself feels very dangerous, which only adds to the frustration of dealing with this gym. While Covid cases have decreased, Planet Fitness has continued to maintain a clean and safe facility for its patrons. I also worked with one of their trainers to design my own program. The trainer listened to my goals and helped me create a workout routine that works as long as I remain consistent.
