So I do that, I'm told everything is all good, and I don't get ant notice on my phone, so months go by and I get charged 151.50 in April, I hadn't realized it was on my card until June when I start reaching out to them, by that point I had been charged two more times (63.50, and 44) I work two jobs, so when I can go to the location no one is there, but by August I get on the phone with a man (John) who says he'll take care of it. I was told I don't need to come in, and it will be taken care of, so great, I had been charged another 63.50 by that point and I asked about getting my money back. (I had finally put a block on the card, too) I was told someone would reach out to me. No one did, and life was hectic so I admit I didn't either, until a few days ago when I called back, and I was told I had never reached out until this point, I remember the mans voice, and it was john telling me that it was the first time hearing about this. They had charged me another 338 and it hit my credit, again no notice, no email, no text, just hits my credit. I was told someone would reach out to me, no one has. John is unprofessional, I don't care at this point if he truly just didn't remember talking to me, this is the second time I was told someone would reach out to me and no one has. Oh! And top it all off, he rattled off a phone number connected to the account and it's not one I've ever had, I actually don't know who's number it belongs to. I'm wondering if I've been paying for someone else's subscription as I tried my key and it doesn't work. I don't usually review places, but I'm pissed and I'm hoping this will get the attention of who ever I need to talk to because it's not John.

The 24-hour access, private showers, and membership reciprocity make it incredibly convenient, and all at a modest cost. I live a half-mile from the Stallings gym, so it doesn't get much easier. This location isn't the biggest, but they have at least one of all of the core racks/machines. They also really care about keeping the place clean. This location also always keeps a good supply of free gym towels. I've met the owners on a few occasions, and they've always been really nice. I'd highly recommend this gym if you're in the area. I'll be here as long as we live nearby.

Anyway, ATF on Potter Rd... Everything was great except for just over the last year. 3 years ago this particular ATF was sold. Members were told there were going to be renovations such as new floor in the exercise/class room & there was going to be new equipment. As of today, none of what was promised hasn't happened. New members have joined, on top of the monthly fee we pay, there's also an annual "maintenance fee". The equipment is falling apart. Knobs to set the amount of weight you want to work the machines are missing along with cracks & tears in the upholstery plus the rubber on the handles of arm machine, the bottoms have worn away & they slip off of the handles. The place is run down due to the non upkeep of the equipment. Don't know what the membership & annual fees are going to but it sure isn't for the upkeep the this gym. Not to mention that their monthly membership is more than several other gyms in the area. These other gyms offer classes, training groups, tanning beds, message chairs, lockable lockers along with more than one piece of the same equipment all for your monthly membership. ATF offers classes to be paid in addition to your monthly payments. It never use to be that way 3 years ago. I'm really unhappy that I terminated my membership because it was so convenient for me being 5 minutes away. Hopefully with the population explosion here a Planet Fitness &/or Crunch will be moving in soon

They have 2 showers/bathroom areas and one bathroom to accommodate needs. It's a plus that Its 24 hours to accommodate your schedule. They have plenty of parking in a shared lot. When it comes to the fitness equipment it's not repaired or updated regularly. The TV on the stair master has been out for a year. In addition, some of the ellipticals do not take information like your weight if you desire accurate calorie counts or the levels can not go past a certain point without the machine restarting. They have limited equipment because its smaller. They have one stair master and you frequently have to wait as its a high demand machine during regular hours. There is one upward bike and one row machine, etc. It can get pretty hot. Not sure what is going on with the HVAC, but wish it was cooler on a regular. Typically its well organized and clean. There are three staff as trainers and general staff they appear to be friendly, there is one who is very passive aggressive. Thankful for Ron's help and assistance and Joseph is nice. Notes: There is a gym in Waverly that has a food bar, etc. It has some completion and the price is equivalent to the gym down the street. I have not taken any of the small group classes that they offer and cannot provide feedback on those or working one on one with a trainer. I also have not consumed any beverages or snacks from their honor system.

We frequent Lifetime gyms whenever we travel as we like the consistent quality and classes provided by the gym. Overall, this is a very nice building and was on the larger side from the facilities that we are used to. They have both Pickleball and basketball courts. They also have the standard high-quality technogym equipment found in all of their locations. The steam and dry sauna area was on the smaller side from what I'm used to seeing, but they were very clean and well-maintained. The Lifetime café was also very clean and had plenty of space to sit down. Overall, wonderful experience and would definitely visit again in the future
