It's a disaster... seems like it was a hangar at some point previously. There are rooms for different machines and exercises. 1st floor -the cardio room by the entrance which is on one end of the building - free weight room - free motion room - functional movement room - cycling room - child sitting room with cardio machines - gym for basketball and volleyball - men and women locker rooms - racquetball courts 2nd floor - stretch area - martial arts and boxing room - BMA area - climbing machine - men's showers What they don't have: - ropes - high incline treadmills (nothing goes over 15%... Terrible) bad bad!! - pool They have a huge white dome tent in the parking lot with more free weights and a large space for whatever. I have not worked out in there yet. Overall I simply detest this gym and I'm only using it to save money from gym fees off base... It motivates me to get my business moving faster so I can afford to go to a better gym. 1 star for a disastrous layout and lack of high incline treadmills.

I visited and dropped in a class last Tuesday and Samantha got us into a great workout. This community is super friendly and welcoming. There's a plus to this place as well, it is close to the water so you can get a great view if you run around the corner- especially if you do a 400m run here! Jessie and Luke, the owners, are great down-to-earth guys and will be able to help you get started! Thanks Sam for the MU- WoD, it was pretty intense!
