They have a variety of classes and packages to choose from and all instructors have been great, I'm so happy to have found such a safe space. It feels really good to be healing my achy body again. The woman at the counter was so friendly and helpful. She answered my questions and got me squared away. I was able to try the cycling class and the stretch class. I have terrible knees and honestly didn't feel any pain and for the first time they didn't make sounds when I moved them. Drink lots of water and bring a little sweat towel for your face! Initial sign up costs a bit but the monthly isn't bad at all. Do read how long the actual contract is for. Takeaways: the workout is great and feels great on sore muscles and joints but paying the start up is pretty spendy (not saying it's not worth it)

She is extremely good at identifying the problem areas, even ones that I hadn't specifically mentioned. She takes the time to talk with you and get to know your individual situation. She is constantly checking in during the massage to make sure you are as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Her technique is the best I have gone to and I will continue to see her for a very long time.
