Not only does the team do everything they can to help you find exactly what you're looking for, no matter how niche, but they also clearly love what they do and want to help all their customers, both new and old, have a fantastic experience. Every exchange I've had with them has been more than fair from both a trading and purchasing perspective as well. Many stores tend to inflate prices especially surrounding hard-to-find collectables, but Press Start has always been the best value I've found in the central/southwest Virginia area. On top of that they took all my cards out of my binder and also out of my sleeves to look at them... then gave me my cards back all unsleeved and the sleeves separate. They said "we didn't want to waste our time re-sleeving your cards because you didn't take our offer." I had told them when I left my binder that I had a lot of cards I was considering having graded.
