Total scam artist - passed off 10k bullion gold as 14k - do not buy or sell bullion gold or silver…read morewith this con artist!!! The case was not hallmarked 14k so I trusted that Steven Waller had properly tested it to confirm as 14k. It arrived with numerous file marks and acid stains indicating he had tested it but when I took to not one, but TWO separate jewelers to assess by XRF gun and acid rub it failed the 14k test and reported at 10k. He either does not know the difference between 10k and 14k, or, more likely, tried to pass this off onto the next guy after incorrectly testing it himself. STAY AWAY!
