(that I've seen) The building itself is extremely clean and maintained. and the MD, and NP's are knowledgeable and considerate. The hours of operation are very convenient and they accept almost any type of health insurance. *Not to mention they do drive up covid test (They do NOT do the Rapid covid test only the PCR test, which is the one that takes 3-5 days to get the results) I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone.

Unclean waiting area and a too loud TV blaring. I dared question their privacy policy (I have special privacy concerns) and was literally yelled at in the waiting area by the office manager who also described herself as the owner of the practice. She chose to speak with me about privacy concerns in a *public* waiting area and literally spoke so loud that everyone in the waiting area could hear. It was a bizarre experience. I would try elsewhere. I ended up at another urgent care on the same day and the difference was night and day.

I called again Friday afternoon and the automated system told me someone would give me a call. Here it is 8:28 Friday evening and I still haven't received a call. This is absolutely not acceptable. I would love someone in management to give me a call and explain how this is acceptable. I will think twice before I return to this clinic.
