I had a Telehealth appointment here multiple times and every time it is the worst experience. The only reason I've gone back is because they are the only ones that I have a $25 copay with. I've been lied to multiple times about doctor's notes saying they sent them when they haven't. I've had to call back multiple times just to get it sent to my email. After your Telehealth call you cannot speak to the doctor again unless you pay another appointment fee even if you have questions regarding the previous appointment. The doctor is very cool but this recent appointment was insensitive and was more a cash grab. The staff is extremely rude especially the woman named Sabrina. They have 0 professionalism and should not work in patient care. If I could give negative stars I would. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

I've been going to Capri Medical for a few years. My experience with Dr. Prima and Dr.Carl Foster has been great. I love their receptionist she's always professional and kind. Today I met Bryant, he took my blood and I have to say he was excellent. I've never had my blood taken so fast and painless in my life! I will request him everytime from here on out! read more

Really, this Medical group deserves NO STARS ! I've been in the medical field for over 40 years and have NEVER experienced such lackadaisical services as I endured recently. I visited the Capri Urgent Care because I had pink eye. There were 3 people in the waiting room when I initially walked in. I waited about an hour and 15 minutes before I was called back. I was triaged and sent to an exam room. I waited about 40 minutes for a practitioner to come to my exam room. I opened the door to see if I had been overlooked and the medical assistant saw how frustrated I appeared and told me there was one ahead of me. I closed the door and waited another 30 minutes. FINALLY a PA shows up and commences to examine my eye. This person had the unmitigated gall to touch my face with her naked hand WITHOUT GLOVES !!! I WAS APPALLED ! I won't go there again !! This is NOT a professional medical practice that needs to be treating patients !! read more

This place is horrible, terrible customer service, terrible staff, I had an appointment at 1:30 didn't get seen until 2:30 then when I asked the staff about the time frame in which I was there they were really rude. Second I was prescribed a medication they supposed to called it in and never did so once I got to CVS the pharmacist told me that it was not called in. So I called the Doctors office so they could call it in, and I could not get in contact with there pharmacy. I left messages and know one called me back and now it's 5:56 pm! read more

The epitome of incompetence. Getting them to refill prescriptions takes an act of Congress... every... month. My blood pressure is good. They make me sit for hours... All I need is refills of my Asthma/Diabetes meds. Dr. Carl told me... after I put on 5-10 pounds, following my Dad's death... "You'll REALLY be depressed if you have to get your feet chopped off!" Gee, thanks. I'm 6', 235. I'm not 500 pounds. I stuck with them because it's a hassle finding a new Doc... but, I guess it's no more hassle than they've already put me through. I'm done. I came here for Med Express type care as my regular office was closed and was happy with the facility and doctor. The receptionist up front was helpful with checking me in and entering my insurance information. There were two reception areas with televisions and nice decor. I waited for less than 20 minutes and was triaged quickly by the nurse. The doctor was both attentive and efficient. I was also able to pick up medication right next door at the Rite Aid/Walgreens pharmacy which was convenient. Overall, I would return here for medical needs! read more

Legit the worst wait times ever. This has got to be the most frustrating UC I've ever been to. I've visited here about 4times and every time I'm reminded why I DETEST coming here. I get it- no appointments so I come fully prepared to wait. I was here today at 8;45. Second in line waiting for the front door to open. Signed in at 9am. Brought back promptly and have been waiting for 2+ hrs now!!!!!!!! Sitting in this room.... waiting. FOR. TWO. HOURS. First, let me say that when I first began using Dr. Foster as my primary care, they were very prompt and I was always in and out within 1 hour. That was 8 years ago. I don't know what has changed within the last 18 months but every visit, even with an appointment, has been very long. (As in 3-4 hours long, with 2+ hours sitting in an exam room without seeing anyone). My last visit, I had to leave without seeing the doctor because of a scheduled optometrist appointment. If you are like me, scheduled time off for check ups, etc. is very precious. So a visit that was a waste of my time is very disappointing. I am seriously considering changing our primary care physician. read more

Very very slow. When I went I was one of only two people at the clinic at the time. The first nurse took my name and birthdate, then told me to sit and wait. After 45 minutes I had to go ask how long it would be and found that the first nurse had gone to lunch and never checked me in. The second nurse did and I was brought back about 5 minutes later. I then sat in a treatment room for another 45 minutes while people popped their head in every so often asking simple questions that could have been answered long before. Meanwhile other people who came in after me were being discharged already. I had to get up again and ask how long it would be and was met by blank stares from the staff. Go somewhere else. read more

I'm not sure what to think. My Son was recently diagnosed with Strep throat. He had a telehealth visit with Capri. The visit was prompt, however, my Son was prescribed Zithromax or a Zpack for Strep throat. We went to the hospital the same day because I wanted to be sure he was good to go and did not have COVID-19. I had two ER doctors question why my Son was prescribed a Z pack. They asked if he was allergic to penicillin, which he is not. They both stated that Zithromax was not the best or first choice in the medical community for Strep. I'm not sure if my Son was under diagnosed or under treated due to his age or race but it was alarming that two other physicians disagreed with the treatment provided by Capri. I waited for 2 and a half hours just to be brought to a room. Had my vitals done, then waited another 2 hours and 45 mins for the dr. I've never experienced this before (other than a hospital). I Will not be return or recommend this place to ANYONE unless you really just enjoy sitting in a ice box for LITERALLY HOURS! Please make a U turn and find another place to go. The male Doctor came in with an attitude and closed the door without asking me a female did I want to live the door open or if I needed a female in the room with me for my examine. If I Could give negative stars I would I had an appointment last week They were supposed to send both my inhalers that day because I was out and was having a hard time breathing i call The pharmacy to get them on the weekend and the doctor never sent it in so I call on Monday from 8 AM till 5:30 PM they bullshitted around it all day then only call in 1 inhaler so I call back and they said they wanna see me then why tf did I have an appointment last week if you wanna see me again and why was I never told??? A month before that I had an appointment because I was really really having a hard time breathing I could barley breath at all and I had a phone appointment I told them how I couldn't breathe so they asked me to come in I sat in the room for a hour listening to the doctor talk to the nurses for 45 mins of that time I finally had to get the doctor myself and he said " I'm so sorry I didn't know you were in here " maybe quit flirting with the damn nurses and pay attention don't ask me to come in and make me wait for another hour after I told you I would be there in 10 mins. read more

This group has great doctors, a fantastic PA named Linda and a staff that is caring, compassionate and professional. Yes - there is sometimes a bit of a wait - however it is a "walk- in" clinic and in order for a medical professional to examine and treat you - I fully expect them to take time to talk with a patient, get to know their background and check their files and meds if necessary. THAT takes time. I hate those places where you see a doctor for 10 minutes or less and that's all you get. My philosophy is this: when it's MY turn - I want to have time to tell the doctor how I feel, what my issues are and have them diagnose and treat me accurately and properly - SO - I don't mind waiting when it's someone else's turn. Bring a book, watch TV and resolve that taking care of your health is worth the wait! read more

I don't usually give reviews but I am in such disbelief of the lack of professionalism that the doctors at this office display. My mother has been a relatively healthy person her whole life so when she complains about something hurting or being wrong it typically is. My mother went to Capri Medical trusting the medical opinions of Dr. Carl and Prima Foster. She was met with a lack of compassion and medical incompetence. My mother has visited and called their office multiple times seeking answers that Doctor Foster promised he would research. My mother never got an answer from him. On my mother's last visit to the office the Doctor Prima was very careless and rudely told my mother why is she still coming there all because my mom was concerned that she wasn't receiving answers. On top of my mother's horrible experience my grandmother also was treated my Dr. Carl Foster the day she was experiencing breathing pains for a heart attack. Dr. Carl Foster recommended her an inhaler and sent her home while she was having a heart attack! I would definitely not recommend this office. If you want your health to be taken seriously and have doctors that actually know what they are talking about go to another doctor! read more

While the doctors at this location are very good their staff is poorly trained. Twice we have had problems with them double billing us because they claimed we never paid. Even after providing them with receipts. My last visit took three hours and I never got to see the doctor because they lost me in the system. I complained and was told that it had been their mistake and I would be seen next. Only to have yet another two patients come in the door and be seen before me. All i needed was a refill on a prescription. Frustrated I left and and called them to have the prescription filled over the phone. Two more hours passed and they still could not tell me if my prescription was going to be called in. I went to another clinic where I asked for a refill for the medication doctor Foster prescribed. The other clinic called to verify the prescription only to be told that Dr. Foster had already written the prescription. A second call to Capri by the other clinic's staff revealed that in fact Dr. Foster had not written the prescription. the new clinic promptly wrote a prescription and I was out of there in 30 minutes. Even in an emergency situation I believe I would rather travel an extra three or four miles than be treated like a second class citizen at Capri. read more

I will not give this facility any stars. I was seen by Dr. Prima Foster to check my lungs for a chest cold. Dr. Foster ordered a chest xray and a nurse brought in an inhaler apparatus and had me use it for 15 minutes. No one explained to me what the inhaler procedure was for so I thought it was related to doing the chest xray ( for more clear picture). When I got my bill, however, I figured out that the inhaler procedure was actually a treatment for a breathing problem which I did not have, and also I was billed for a pregnancy test. No one told me that I was getting a pregnancy test or advised me of their rules for getting an xray. Since I have been menopausal for 12 years I would be an exception to needing a pregnancy test before doing the xray. The chest xray results were clear, but the Dr. prescribed antibiotics. I was given unnecessary treatments , did unnecessary tests and prescribed unnecessary medicine, therefore I was over-billed.If you bring your issue to them you will get note that they do not want you to see anymore.Capri Medical Group is for who want to waist time (3-4 hours),to have not professional medical serves and loose a lot of money.We (patients) pay for their mistakes ,unprofessionalism and greed. read more
