Never helped with my hearing loss, ear canal issue or even discussed a plan to address of help even after I blacked out from vertigo and had trip to emergency room. After seeing them since October and having repeated a hearing test cause they wanted "their own" performed they never actually did anything to help me, 15 min to 25 minute office visists with less that 5 minutes with the Dr., doing the same thing over and over again like it was a first vist or something. Last appointment I cancelled because it felt like more of the same. Never getting any where just repeat, repeat, repeat....copay copay copay. Probably a better experience if you are 65+ because then they can milk the Government.

The woman in the office was extremely rude and then told me it was already taken, so I scheduled another day. They then called me back to take the previous slot (hmmm, they had an opening?). Dr. Burton was wonderful. I got my hearing aids and have had so much trouble with them. One aid wouldn't charge. They ordered me a new charger. 2 weeks go by. I call them. They had it, and they claimed they called and left a voice message. Nope. Didn't happen. Same problem. They wouldn't charge. I then left my aids with them for repair. Again, weeks go by. I call them. They sent them to Gloucester. They claimed same thing again. Nope. No message. And of course the Gloucester office is rarely open. I even asked them to call my wife JUST in case my phone suddenly had a problem. Nope. They didn't do that either. In total, FOUR times, they supposedly left a VM. Seriously??? Go to Costco!!!!!!! My wife was getting allergy shots (3 shots) at the Gloucester office for 2 1/2 years. Ann was the only one who did a great job. Every 2 months, someone new was giving the shots. She came home with knots, bruises, and a painful arm almost every time. Ann tried her best to be available for my wife, but couldn't always do it. The wait was horrible many times too. Sometimes, well over an hour!! She had to stop getting her weekly shots. It was too much for her. I don't think they take the Gloucester office seriously. They need to service this area better.

I have asthma and allergies and was having more nasal congestion than usual and didn't want it to get really bad. Dr Queen has been my ENT for over 10 years and is just amazing. I called the office and staff worked me in to get an appointment that afternoon. I registered at home before my appt so I didn't have to do anything but see the doctor. It was a sinus infection and I needed antibiotics. I am so thankful to doctor Queen and his staff for getting me in so quickly to treat this before it got much worse. Everyone in this office is just amazing and I tell all of my friends and family they should definitely see Dr. Queen.

I finally decided on VA Nose, Ear, Throat because they had doctors there just in case I had more serious problem (I didn't). I just completed my two year check up and couldn't be happier with my hearing aids, and the service I receive in the Mechanicsville office. I paid once and all subsequent appointments and adjustments were included. It's nice hearing the birds sing again!

My son went to an urgent care center to be examined for intense ear pain.They did a basic treatment…read moreand told him to go see an ENT doctor as soon as possible for additional treatment. I spent over an hour calling ENT doctor's office within a 40 mile area. No offices had any appointments for at least 2.5 weeks. Yesterday I tried Dr. Brager office after 3 tries to reach someone. Finally a person not a recording answered the phone. They said come to the office today, what a pleasant surprise. We arrived at the office and waited about 40 minutes to be seen. It was upsetting at first to wait but Dr. Brager was great. He evaluated my son, explained the treatment and called in a prescription. He even told the pharmacist a substitution medication that saved us over $50 compared to the urgent care prescription. Although Dr. Brager's office is about 1 hour away, it was worth the ride and I'll return there again.

Receptionists was very uncomfortable for this being a hospital and dealing with sick people. A…read moremember of my family was extremely sick i ran from work to make sure they were okay. Upon ringing the doorbell the woman was walking as slow as can be and had an unpleasant look on her face. name was andrea. I get to the desk and wait behind the people in front of me. once they were done the receptionist did not bother to look at me. I'm anxiously waiting for her to even acknowledge me. She had no urgency whatsoever which is not okay to be working at a hospital. I tell her who i'm here to see and she calls on the radio and tells me to have a seat. I back away from the desk checking my phone to see if i recieved a message from my family member and stayed standing they . She told me again to have a seat. I told her i was going to stay standing. (a normal person would not want to have a seat when awaiting to see a sick family member there are a lot of emotions) she responds and says she's not coming at me in a very confrontational tone. I responded and said i'm just anxious to the situation happening m. Seriously if the staff can't handle a person looking a little overwhelmed at a hospital then why are they working there????? I already feel on edge and the tome and attitude from the staff made it 10x worse.
