My mom has been going to Doctor Tylman for many years. Over the last few years I have noticed a terrible decline in the service provided by this office. The woman that answers the phone to my mom's doctor is horribly rude and obnoxious. It is almost as if she is taunting my mom and questioning whether or not she is really sick when she calls in to be seen!!!! The woman treats her the same way when she is there at the office, acting like my mom is demented or something, and she does not have dementia.
After having been subjected to this abuse myself when I called and spoke to this person, I have decided my mother is going elsewhere for her medical care- NO ONE should be subjected to such horrible abuse over the phone or in person, no matter how wonderful the doctor is. My mother is now so much happier with her new doctor's office. The staff treats her well and she is never afraid to call them for help! read more
