He stated he had something better that would last longer. I asked if I did part of the driveway if that would be weird and his response was no. See photo, horrid. When questioning Jeff about this he states it will lighten up after 4-6 months in the sun. (the contractor who did my driveway said it will never be the same again) In questionning Jeff about the shine he stated that is what most/all of his customers want and then stated that is what he had in his garage. Never asked me if I wanted gloss. I now have this ugly driveway and I have to live with it. I do not want to put gloss on the entire drive. I have sealed the rest myself with natural. Be careful, get all in writing because verbal means nothing.

I do not recommend this person/company I send him a picture…read moreand exact measurements for the demolished shed for him to pick up as agreed on the dollar amount he quoted me. When he came to pick up he said it looked smaller in the picture and asked for more money. I reminded him that I send him the exact measurements for the shed as well as the picture. He should have done the math as he stated that this is his business this is what he does for a living. It was not his first quote, estimate or pick up job. I feel this was his tactics to get more money at the last minute knowing that I needed the job done as soon as possible. To me thats being dishonest. He told me that he would rather refuse the job and go home to watch the supper-bowl game instead. Bad business and unprofessional!! I was very disappointed and upset because he wasted my time and put me in a situation to delay my clean up for the new shed delivery. I told him I would not pay more than what was agreed and I let him know that I will make sure to leave him the review that he deserved!

Imagine somebody driving 60 miles each way to wash 8 or 10 windows and charging you a more than reasonable fee for doing so. What kind of person would do that? In my book, only a person with remarkable integrity, and dedication to completing his purpose. Leon literally wrote the book on window cleaning. Just Google his name on Amazon and check it out. He does a great job at a great price and... by the way... is a great person I would encourage anybody that needed window cleaning, carpet cleaning, or any other service Leon offers to get on the phone right now and call him up!

I was leery because of all the horror stories you hear about contractors but George absolutely delivered - above and beyond the expectations he set. I had a few prices and Gastelum was not the cheapest but definitely not the highest. Right about the middle of the road from a cost perspective. But, the service and quality are top notch. The crew (4 guys Monday, including George - 2 guys Tuesday and half day Wednesday) knocked out the job in half the time they committed to AND had the house cleaned up and shiny by mid day Wednesday. Initially, they said they'd be done Friday. Very impressive speed! And the quality, it's amazing how clean the lines are, there's no drips on the walls or drips in the floor. The house looks brand new again after only 2 days! The crew was great and while there was some small talk, they were here to work and they crushed it. Thank you George, Zach, Malik, and James for doing such an amazing job. My wife loves it so that's a huge win for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gastelum Painting!
