Gabe Ewing completed our project on-time, on-budget and with an unparalleled attention to detail and care. The scope of the project was to smooth-out the existing orange peel finish on all walls using a Level-5 finish. And do a custom paint with accent colors on certain architectural features and accent walls. Replacing all interior door hardware in the process. Our project was also complicated by the fact that we just installed a brand new hardwood flooring which was a significant investment for us and we wanted to ensure it was properly protected. Gabe did an outstanding job not only painting and finishing the drywall using Level-5 finish but also protecting our floors throughout the entire duration of this massive project using very durable materials and innovative technique. The job site was always tidy and clean and after the project was over Gabe personally made sure that all construction materials were removed from the property leaving it in excellent condition. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gabe Ewing and his team -- they have exceeded all our expectations! Thank you Gabe! read more

We walked through project list (both indoor and outdoor repairs and related painting with Gabe and his contractor friend, who said they could make discussed repairs and that would coordinate with each other on bids for who would do what. When THEY finished, we were left with unpainted interior walls, window trim repairs undone and/or unpainted, and mismatched paint color on stucco repair saying they had not quoted the full project as discussed. We paid a premium thinking it was a comprehensive coordinated project. Review the quote carefully to ensure the service you discussed is what was actually quoted. He did what was in quote (outdoor trim and very minor stucco repair), but not what we walked through and discussed. We will need to hire another professional to finish the job. read more

Gabe is fantastic! Not only does the house exterior look great he went above and beyond what I asked. I built a shed next to the house and used it to show Gabe the color I wanted the house painted. Because he used a different brand of paint the colors were never going to match perfectly, but I knew that going in. One morning on the way to work Gabe's guy is repainting my shed. I asked what he was doing and he said, "Gabe just wanted the shed and house to match perfectly". Gabe did that for free! Great People, Great Company, Great Work! read more

Gabe and his crew did a superb job painting the outside of our house in Four Seasons, including repairing the stucco where needed. They were reasonably priced, timely and detail oriented in doing the work, and easy to work with. We added a little extra unexpected trim work after the contract was signed and they completed it without a problem. read more

I got an in-person bid from Gabe Ewing to stain our wood fence. The price was fair, and we set a time for his crew to show up. The three-person crew was there within five minutes of the agreed-to time, and completed the painting job in one day plus two hours the second day. Gabe was onsite each day, along with his other two crew members. At the conclusion of the job, this morning, he took me around to inspect his work. I found only a few very tiny flaws, which he had his workers touch up immediately. Gabe was extremely friendly, and his workers did a tremendous job. Some of the fence was new, and was stained for the first time. Other sections had been stained several times in the past. In all cases, he and his crew carefully cleaned the surfaces and very effectively masked areas that shouldn't receive any stain, such as stucco walls the fence touched, and an adjoining block wall. There was no overspray whatsoever. I've attached a picture of the newly-stained fence and one of a section of the re-stained fence, showing how nicely the crew masked the block wall. We were extremely pleased. Gabe willingly accepted my check for the balance (I had given him a 10% down payment by credit card when he gave me the initial estimate), and I was pleased enough that I gave each of his workers a nice cash tip, too. read more

The bid to paint the exterior of my home was $18,000. They used high pressure sales techniques and took a $1000 deposit. I was pressured into signing an unreadable contract on the guy's ipad. I later found out that hidden somewhere in the contract, which I wasn't given the opportunity to read in it's entirety, was a non-refundable clause. After doing research on the average cost to paint a home and discovering that this guy was three times average, I cancelled and asked for my money back. He refused. So lucky him, he got $1000 of my money for nothing. read more

Ewing Painting painted our kitchen & office cabinets this last year, giving both rooms an entire new look. We loved the outcome, they were professional, polite & answered any questions we had. Had them come back this week to paint two bathrooms & a laundry room. Love the work they do, they are quick, affordable and leave everything clean. We would highly recommend them for any painting projects. read more

Gabe and his crew painted the entire interior of our 2300+ sq ft home including ceilings. They were quick, efficient, professional and very reasonably priced. Daily I was texting Gabe and asking him questions about different things and he was always quick to respond and very accommodating of my last minute requests. A day after I paid him in full I found a small spot in a dark corner that was streaky, I texted Gabe and he was over the next morning (Saturday) with all his equipment fixing the issue. I will definitely be hiring Gabe and his team for future projects like the exterior of the house. Best painters around. read more

Got three quotes for painting the house exterior. One was a lowball outlier and two were within a few hundred dollars of each other. We ended up choosing Ewing Painting for a number of factors. Professionalism, the grade of paint they would be using, presentation, and timing Gabe and his crew performed to our expectations. The fact that we could not get the color scheme original to the house, Gabe was equipped to handle it and came almost spot on with the color. We had been planning on getting the exterior of our home painted since last fall, and had Gabe out to quote the project. The quote was fair and transparent. When the pandemic hit we figured it was a good time to get started- all work was outdoors, and we had a chance to utilize a local business. Gabe and his team did not disappoint. They showed up for the job every single day exactly (exactly!) on time, worked a full day-every day- and kept us informed throughout, all the while observing recommended distancing and masking guidelines. And we absolutely LOVE the results- and so do our neighbors! Gabe and crew paid attention to detail, provided recommendations when we weren't sure what to do, and cleaned up meticulously when the job was complete. If you need painting done I would not hesitate to call Ewing for the job. Easy 5 stars. read more

This is my first time reviewing anyone for work outside of food. These guys are prompt, professional, and pay attention to detail. I was impressed by the work they completed on my house. The owner, Gabe, sent two of his guys to paint the interior of my home, and they did what exactly what we wanted and more. There was a small room we didn't want painted for the sake of saving money. They asked us if they could paint it for the integrity of their work to show. They also do baseboards as part of their job. Other painters were charging extra for that detail to be completed. Thank you and your team, Gabe. Your work was much appreciated. In addition, thank you for being reasonable in your pricing. We will be using you again when we paint the exterior of our home. read more

When we decided to paint the exterior of our home we got three estimates. We chose Ewing Painting. Gabe Ewing and his crew were awesome!! They arrived and started right to work prepping our house. They are detailed oriented and they are very thorough. During our week of painting we received rainy weather starting day 2. When the rain finally stopped these guys work longer hours and completed our house in 2 days! They are great and I definitely recommend them and would use them again. We had shutters that didn't look quite right. We called Gabe and they came out, and of course the issue we saw was not there! But they repainted the shutters anyway. Gabe and his crew have great follow through and want you to be completely happy. We are so very happy with how nice our house looks and couldn't be more happy with who we chose. Ewing Painting is the best!! read more

I needed a fence stained and my house exterior wood trim painted. My facia boards needed a lot of patching and smoothing. I tried to work with other painters who were not booked out as far as Ewing. They just wasted several weeks of my time - one didn't show up to quote, one disappeared after quoting, one stalled for a few weeks before saying he couldn't do the job for his quoted price. Gabe came out right away to quote a competitive price and was able to schedule me in fairly quickly. He and his crew showed up each day at the scheduled time, they were very pleasant to deal with, very efficient in getting the job done, and they did a really nice job, using top quality paint. The paint job came out great, and I'd definitely hire them again for my next paint work. As a retired businessman, I really appreciate a company that actually does what they say they'll do. read more

True professionalism. The crew is hard-working and very easy to have around your house. They made the exterior of my house a Show Place

After seeing the gorgeous job Gabe Ewing and his wonderful crew did on painting the exterior of two of our neighbor's homes, we decided to have them do our home as well. Gabe's bid was fair, he used extremely high quality paint and his crew were absolutely the most courteous men we've ever dealt with! The project was started on time, finished on time as promised and our property was left neat and clean. The crew arrived promptly each morning, actually starting a few minutes early each day! They worked tirelessly throughout the day, only breaking for a brief lunch. They took extreme care to cover our stamped, colored concrete patio and walkways, patio furniture, windows and landscaping each day they were on site. We would highly recommend Ewing Painting, Inc. for your exterior painting needs! It is rare that EVERY member of a crew is polite, punctual and takes great care and pride in their work! Thank you Gabe and crew, we will certainly recommend you to our family and friends! read more

Gabe and his team repainted the entire inside of our home. They also finished the nail holes and painted the crown molding that I installed as a DIY. The were professional, fast and reasonably priced. It been close to 5 years and the paint still looks great despite a 3 and 5 year olds abuse. I'm very happy with our decision to use Ewing Painting and would choose them again if ever needed. read more

Gabe and his band of painters are the absolute gold standard best. Gabe arrived on time for the scheduled job review and estimate. The entire process took about 1 (one) hour. His estimates, he provided 3 (three) levels explaining each level in extreme detail, and the pricing was extremely fair. We had to wait 1 (one) month for the start of having the complete exterior of our house painted due to EPI being in such high demand (they are really busy which is great). The crew showed up as scheduled every morning exactly at 7AM ready for the days work ahead. The band of painters are extremely courteous, polite, and they treat the job site as if it were their personnel property. The cleaned up everything at the end of their work shift never leaving behind a mess. Every detail that Gabe explained as part of the process was done in the exact order that he said it would be done. A week & 1/2 later when the process was finished our home stood out like a diamond in the ruff. Ewing Painting is the absolute best - 5 Gold Star Best!
