However, even though their web page shows seven physical therapists, they have lost two, and several of those labeled as physical therapists cannot, in fact, do progress assessments. The summary is they want or must do a progress assessment before they can schedule the last two visits, and they have no one available (out of the two supervising PTs) who can do a progress assessment in June. Apparently, they did not plan for it four weeks ago when they scheduled my additional appointments, so the approved visits cannot be used, and I will need to find a different Physical Therapist. Summary, the people you see, and the equipment they have available are top notch. But the people in-charge are not looking out for you. Don't assume they have things under control, or even care.
