My wife complained constantly of back pain. So bad that it would contantly go out, leaving her in total bedrest mode for at least 3 days. Then came the constant migraines. Like one almost daily. So we took her to our doctor. She recommended that we take her to this chiropractor. I was less than thrilled and always considered this type of therapy to be a scam, but whatever. She went in for her first appt, and sure enough right after said she felt a little better but hurt a lot. So I went in to watch on the second appointment to see EXACTLY what this "doctor" was doing. After watching him, I was, "Ok, so....this isn't so bad" and we went home. Today was her 4th or 5th appointment, and it hit. We were walking around, shopping, and my wife was in ZERO pain. From the minute I walked in I felt like I had been a long time client to Dr. T and his staff. The environment is clean, calm, and quiet. I was seen by nurse practitioner, Bronwen it started out with a two hour wait then got us started on me as an new patient. Then after reviewing my past chart from my Dr. she felt that I'm on to many pills and she felt I'm not a good fit for the care system that they offer, so they showed me the way out. I have suffered from Migraines for 2 years and have been to many chiropractors but Dr. Tornabene is a breath of fresh air. He actually listens to everything I say without interruptions. His adjustments work and I have only left there feeling better not worse. I have scheduled an adjustment and massage every Friday to try and correct my issue so I can stop taking all the Rx's my PCP has given me and finally live again. I have received only one massage so far but Katie was amazing and worked out every knot I had as well as explained everything to me thoroughly. My favorite thing, when you have pain, you need to get in NOW to get and adjustment not in 3 days to a week as most clinics-his staff can always schedule me the exact day that I call in and they are wonderful and kind. I love everyone at this clinic. Top notch professional care. I have seen many chiropractors through the years for an old shoulder injury and this clinic is one of the best I've gone to. I have since moved into south Medford after initiating care with them but feel it is worth the drive to see them for weekly visits. Dr. Goodrich is knowledgeable and skilled as a chiropractor and I have noticed marked healing since seeing him and the massage therapists for a motor vehicle accident. If you have a physical injury and need some professional assistance this is definitely the place to go! I didn't think my back was ever going to start healing. I would highly recommend Dr. Goodrich he very good at what he does, and if any problems arise he is extremely helpful in offering any and all alternatives and advice. I felt very comfortable seeing the doctor from day 1 forward. As for Complete Care, I may have been skeptical about the positive impact of massage therapy in relation to care and wellness before but let me tell you JUST DO IT! These massage therapists know what they are doing! In addition to feeling great, after having a massage done, the doctor was able to make even greater adjustments. If you have a billing problem they will go above and beyond, even if and when you have an insurance they haven't worked with before. I have no complaints. I've heard they are a little more spendy than other offices but the improvements in my pain and healing are so great I'd be more than willing to spend more just to be a patient here. read more

After you get through all the hubbub there is good care at this place. The front desk staff are wonderful and caring. The other staff overall are like used car dealers ( not front desk or massage staff) when you first start. They are definitely trying to sell you the whole package of all the services they offer. Once you get through all that and say no thank you, the chiropractic care is good. Definitely get relief from the care there. I have had many massages and try to get one a month. After reading the reviews I was sceptical about going here. But decided to give them a try because they were the closest to me. I called ahead and received a quote of $115. For the first visit and $45 per visit after that. I had given them my insurance info but since I had not met my deductible I would receive the cash discount price. So I saw Dr Goodrich. Nice guy, definitely good at his job. The visit lasted about 5 mins and I made another appointment to see him once a month. Understand that I was very satisfied with Dr Goodrich's services. My next appointment a month later went just as well. But before my third visit I received a bill for $95.00. So I called them I explained everything, they said the the charge was for the office visit. Which made no sense to me. How do they quote someone a price then 2 months later send them a surprise bill. I do not recommend these guys, seems like just an insurance scam. Which is too bad because Dr Goodrich is a good chiropractic. Hopefully he'll find a different office to work in. read more

Incredibly disappointed in the service i received from Complete Care Chiropractic. I am someone who has been in numerous car accidents in my life and have had twenty years of Chiropractic care all over the country, and this place is not above average. I was treated by both Dr's at this office and they are average in there techniques. My problem with them is i think there over priced for the 5 Min's the spend with you. A friend had recommended them and i went to complete care for 8 months because i was to lazy to find another place to go. But the straw that broke the camels back was I left down for the winter and returned in April. I called for an appointment and they said that since my last visit hadn't been since September that i would have to pay an additional $40 exam on top of the $45 treatment. Treating me as if i were a new client. (I find this policy to be a scam) While i was out of town i continued treatment with a chiropractor and had no new injuries. They informed me that was just there policy. Well, there policy has now lost them my business for good! read more

Three days before I was seen for the first time, the staff checked my chiro, pt, copay, and out of pocket benefits. Just having moved to oregon and just having spent a month unpacking my home, I was in much pain, exhausted, bewildered and I trusted this provider to let me know if anything was wrong with my benefits because In the past the providers I have seen have always gone over my benefits with me out of professional courtesy. This provider DOES NOT EXERCISE THIS PROFESSIONAL COURTESY AND didn't say anything about me having already used up my chiro benefits and proceeded to bill me $430.00! On top of this, I had already decided I was not going to return due to the mediocre service I received. The massage therapist I saw the first time gave me the worst massage I have ever had. The chiro I saw was ineffective and even after discussing my needs did not follow through and then became offensive towards me when I needed to return in order for him to readjust me because the first adjustment was ineffective, I suppose. He told me my problem was muscular and not to return to him but continue massages. BEWARE....of this company there are many reputable chiros in the area. Please do not trust this practice to take care of you! They are not acting in their clients best interest. Yes this is only one review, but it is coming from someone who has spent many years with very good chiro practices. This is not one of them! Also, the supervisor Megan, accused me of knowing my benefits were used up so I would have the opportunity to be pushy and complain. What audacity! Why would someone do that? What do I have to gain by being that way? Where as that practice has lots to gain by omitting the truth about someone's used up benefits $430.00 to be exact in my case. Nothing but good at Complete Care! I have seen Dr. T for two years now and he has followed me closely through two car accidents and a very complicated pregnancy. He makes every attempt to connect personally with our family and genuinely cares about our wellbeing, even going out of his way to make personal phone calls to check on me himself when I was ill. I have been a massage and physical therapy patient as well and have nothing negative to say about this clinic! Wendy, Katie and Jenny are amazing massage therapists! Staff is always more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure my family's -including my infant/toddler's - needs are met and have even gone beyond their requirements in making our family feel very accommodated.
