I've been going to Chiropractors since I was in my twenties. I was with my favorite chiropractor for 30 years. When I moved to Grants Pass, I tried Dr. Willing. He and his staff are very friendly and have great office presence. I like the 20 minute massage before the Doc sees you. What I didn't care for was the treatment itself. I tried to explain that my feet, legs and hips really needed adjustment every time, but that didn't happen. As a result, I wasn't getting the relief I needed. I'm looking for someone who will listen to me and understand that I know my body and how that kind of relief can create harmony with the rest of my body. Adjusting just my neck and shoulders without looking at the whole body doesn't help me much. read more

I threw out my back overseas in 2007; I got cortozone injections to get me back to the US. I went to Dr Willing when I returned. He performed some chiropractic work, but he also provided me some exercises that helped to prevent the problem going forward. He sat down with my husband and I and explained what my problems were and the journey with him I was about to begin. I did everything he asked of me and I began to see results. Dr Willing has been helping me live pain free for a few months now. I am new to the area but not new to chiropractors. First, let me say that as an employer for many years, I've had employees exploited by chiropractors, and in the end this increased workers comp premiums. Those chiropractors were the problem. Dr Willing has fully restored my faith in humanity and with chiropractors. All this said, I reached out to Dr Willing for relief from hop and leg pain. And his help has only been slightly short of miraculous. And on top of all of that, they worked with my insurance, and when insurance runs out, the cash patient charges are very reasonable. I have to say Dr. Willing amd his staff is beyond wonderful. My Mom has been in pain for a month, been to see her primary, urgent care, etc. No relief from any of them or all the meds she was scripted. One visit to Dr. Willing, and she's finally experiencing relief. He is very patient and understanding. He listens to his patients concerns and explains everything in detail so his patient understands. The staff at Dr. Willings office is just as patient and understanding. I have been seeing Dr. Willing for over 13 years..he is fantastic! I generally only need a 1-3 visits max for the worst problem I have had. Dr. Willing also knows about fibromyalgia. I was in Grants Pass for my Grandfather's funeral, and really tweaked my bag picking up some luggage while checking in to my hotel on a Thursday night. I was in pain on Friday during the funeral, and couldn't even sit down at the graveside. After asking my insurance provider for Chiropractors in Grants Pass that were "In Network", I was e-mailed a list of 10 Chiropractors. The first EIGHT told me they couldn't accept a new patient that day, but might be able to squeeze me in on Monday. I was driving 750 miles back home on Saturday. I was going to have to drive 12 hours with a REALLY tight back. By the time I made it down to Dr. Willing's name on the list, I had almost given up. When I explained my situation to the woman who picked up, she talked to the staff, and they not only fit me in, they stayed late to help me. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Willing and his staff. I have to come back up here in a few months for the Estate Sale, and I will certainly stop in for another treatment. You can teach someone to be a Chiropractor, but you CAN'T teach someone empathy. Please stay away from this office! I went there and was told many times that I had a soft tissue injury, it was much worse. The Surgeon told me that this David Willing made my injury worse. I was also told that he only charges $40.00 per visit, when I received the bill it was over $300.00 per visit. His Wife the accountant refused to bill my insurance so I was left with a bill in the thousands. Please take care of your health and pocket book steer clear. read more
