He and his staff are very friendly and have great office presence. I like the 20 minute massage before the Doc sees you. What I didn't care for was the treatment itself. I tried to explain that my feet, legs and hips really needed adjustment every time, but that didn't happen. As a result, I wasn't getting the relief I needed. I'm looking for someone who will listen to me and understand that I know my body and how that kind of relief can create harmony with the rest of my body. Back then, the environment felt welcoming, humble, and diverse, and the staff made patients feel comfortable and respected. Unfortunately, the atmosphere has changed a lot over the years. The office no longer feels warm or inclusive to me, and I personally felt uncomfortable during my recent visits. The staff, including the office manager Meagan, did not come across as friendly or approachable. I understand every office evolves, but this place just doesn't feel the same anymore.
