I went to Therapeutic Associates in 2023 and 2024 for THREE different conditions: rotator cuff…read moreshoulder pain, chronic vertigo, and post-TKR pain in my left knee. I am almost 67 years old, so I have been to a few different PTs, but I LOVE THIS PHYSICAL THERAPY PROVIDER for many, many reasons! Both Jay and Rebecca are amazing, kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and explain the course of treatment in a way that patients can understand! I learned so much about my body that I didn't know. Rebecca helped me regain the use of my left shoulder with excellent strengthening exercises, Jay (who is an expert at vertigo) helped me with exercises to strengthen my vestibular system to prevent the vertigo, and Jay and Rebecca truly alleviated the pain below my left titanium knee that I have had for 6 - 8 years. It was scar tissue on my medial collateral ligament fascia (inner side of my left knee below the knee cap). Jay used a special type of very deep pressure point massage to release huge knots in the ligament. Thirty minutes after my first treatment, he had me try the bike. To my shock, I was able to pedal the bike FORWARDS, which I had not been able to do in such a long time! I continued that PT with him and Rebecca and within 6 weeks, most of the pain in my knee disappeared. I have been able to return to Baxter Fitness for exercise, and now I can pedal the bike going both forwards and backwards! Therapeutic Associates restored my range of motion and now I can walk, exercise, and do housework again. They have given me back my life. "Thank you, Jay and Rebecca, so very much for everything and teaching me to always 'GET MOVING' as it says on my two t-shirts!"

They are simply the best at what they do! Very compassionate and caring!…read moreI came in an office tree mess and when I was done it was like I was a new person. Great team work and encouragement!

I have had pt at Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto, University of California in San Francisco. Leesa got me off all pain meds! Several years later, still no meds to keep my pain under control. Jason and Kim come in close seconds. Jason is the best knee guy around. And Kim is just great. I read the review bashing a therapist for not getting vaccinated, attributing it to religious, political beliefs. Getting a vaccine is an individual choice. I have had both of mine, but that doesn't give me the right to bash someone else's personal choice. The clinic staff all wear masks and follow all CDC protocols. They are incredibly careful. The therapist bashed certainly wore her mask. I don't fault the choice of the person to not go back. Again a personal choice. But to bash someone, without knowing all the facts is just wrong. And how can that person really know all the facts? Please don't let her uneducated opinion keep you from going to the very best physical therapy clinic in the area! That would be really sad. FYI I attend the clinic, I am not on staff nor have I received any compensation for this review.

This is most unfortunate. A healthcare worker such as she may exempt herself from the vaccine but her code of professional ethics is compromised. NOTE: Comments to not apply to massage therapist Peggy Smith, who is not part of the practice leases space there.
